We stayed here one night in a Family room with a double bed and a pull-out sofa for an early morning flight out of Malpensa airport. The room was overall comfortable, warm and clean. Things we didn't like in our room were 1) the blanket was very dusty and we didn't use it (it was warm enough without it) and 2) a small fixture in the bathroom was visibly broken but it didn't affect any functionality. For one night though the stay was very good. We used the shuttle to and from the airport during the scheduled late afternoon/morning times. It was 5 euros/person payable by cash or card at the bus. When picking up from Terminal 1, we called the hotel and they told us to go to arrival gate 10 which is all the way at one end of the long airport. The shuttle was already there waiting. When dropping off at the airport, keep in mind that the shuttle needs prior reservation for a specific time slot at the hotel desk, picks up passengers from the nearby Ibis and stops by Terminal 2 if there are passengers going there before Terminal 1. It took us around 20 minutes from the hotel to Terminal 1. Overall, the shuttle service was efficient and comfortable.

Great location right next to Malpensa airport. Personnel was very helpful with regard our late check-in. Room was much bigger than expected, clean and very comfortable
