Great for a longer trip. Washer machine was great. No elevator (3rd floor appartment) and the stairs were very narrow. Staff was great.

Cute studio, but stove did not work

The studio was very cute and in a nice location in Milan. It was also clean and tidy when we arrived. However, we had planned to cook some meals when we were there and already bought ingredients to find that the stove top was not working. We messaged the studio contact, but he was not able to help us and did not provide a solution. Eventually he stopped replying. We asked for a small reimbursement since we weren’t able to cook our food using the stove, but have not had a reply in weeks. Overall a nice place for a short stay, just very inconvenient that the stove did not work.
