I loved the Junior Suite and the hotel’s absolutely perfect location — everything was within easy reach and the room itself was beautiful and comfortable. However, I was disappointed that the hotel didn’t inform guests about the major construction happening right in front of the property. The street was closed, and carrying our luggage to the entrance was a real hassle. Additionally, I was offered a welcome drink at check-in, declined at the time, and was told I could have it later — but I was surprised to find it charged to my bill. A lovely stay overall, but transparency and communication could be improved.

Hidden gem

Sara, the concierge was extremely knowledgeable and so gracious in making all my plans during my stay in Milan. Tickets for the Duomo, cooking classes, dinner reservations at the most amazing restaurants within walking distance. Tickets for shopping outlet, etc. she was very patient with giving directions. The sauna and steam room was exactly what I needed after a long trip. It’s a cool artsy renovated hotel, towels and sheets everything new, the bed and pillows were super fluffy and so comfortable. The air conditioning worked great . The shower pressure is the best ever!!! Browder, a Dyson and women with long course hair would appreciate this. I would definitely stay here again. The location is in the center of everything.

I can not say enough about the staff, they were excellent. From Mateo and Sara, who were very helpful, at the front desk to Andrea at guest services, he was a super star! He helped us navigate complicated train travel plans and numerous other restaurant and tourist recommendations ….. he spent over an hour with us!!!

Great hotel in centre of Milan

Not our regular hotel but due to some renovations we chose Room Mate and we can say that it was a wonderful choice. Great location, very modern and excellent facilities.
