This place could be great but it is terrible!!Before booking, I messaged the host to confirm they had a crib available for my 11-month-old. They needed to check but confirmed yes. I noted this in my booking, and they responded saying they didn't have one. I reminded them that I had asked before booking and they had confirmed they did. They then got back to me again and said they would have one. Upon arrival, no crib. I messaged them and they claimed their original message was actually a "no." I gave up. This was a blatant misrepresentation that left us without a safe sleep space for our infant for the entire stay, with no ability to cancel for a refund.Check-in was a 45-minute ordeal. The app was crashing and instructions were completely inadequate. I sent pictures, asked repeated questions, and got nowhere. The key setup was a safety hazard. Keys were required to lock and unlock from both inside and out. If I left with them, my wife and son were locked in with no emergency exit or we could risk it by leaving it unlocked. The next day the app failed again, locking us out for 15 minutes. We changed our plans and barely left the unit after that.Cleanliness was unacceptable. super dusty and hair everywhere. One shower was built into a drywalled room with visible cracks and a gap at the base where water is certainly collecting. Mold risk is real.I would strongly caution any family traveling with young children to look elsewhere.
