As soon as the gates open at The Courtyard House, you immediately feel like you are in your own private sanctuary. You are greeted in front by our gorgeous wild flower garden.

Our newly built equisite modern home has floor to ceiling sliding doors which open all the way throughout the entire home, giving you the most wonderful indoor / outdoor living experience.

We have 5 Bedrooms and 3 1/2 Bathrooms with a heavenly outdoor shower.

Our gorgeous private courtyard has a beautiful deck with a luxurious hot tub spa, lounge chair area, as well as a 10 person outdoor dining table, a fire pit area and our stunning outdoor shower...all with spectacular views of Mount Tamalpais (Mt Tam).

This home is a private piece of heaven on earth just 10 mins to breath taking hiking, biking, or kayaking, 25 mins to Muir Woods, 30 mins to Stinson Beach, 40 mins to wine country, 2 mins to Whole Foods, & 10 mins to the GG Bridge.

Best House in Mill Valley
My friends and I had such a great time staying in this beautiful, modern house!! The house itself is gorgeous with modern furnishings and floor to ceiling windows - perfect for our group of 10 with more than enough space. Wende was a lovely host as well, super responsive and even went out of her way to order some kitchen items for us prior to our check in! The location was very convenient as well, only minutes away from Tiburon and many grocery stores. I would definitely rebook and recommend this spot to all my friends!

Exceptional Stay at The Courtyard House
I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Courtyard House on a small company retreat and wanted to share my overwhelmingly positive experience. From the moment I arrived until the day of departure, every aspect of my stay surpassed expectations. The first thing that struck me was the impeccable cleanliness and attention to detail throughout the entire property. The house was not only well-maintained but also impeccably decorated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. It was evident that the owners took great pride in ensuring their guests have a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The amenities provided were nothing short of exceptional. The kitchen was fully equipped with high-quality appliances and utensils, making it a joy to prepare meals. The bedrooms were elegantly decorated, cozy and provided a peaceful retreat after a full day of activities. The attention to comfort extended to the living spaces, with plush furniture and thoughtful touches that added to the overall sense of luxury. One of the standout features of the rental was the indoor/outdoor space which was well-manicured and patio area provided a serene setting to relax and unwind. Furthermore, the communication and service from the property management team were outstanding. I wholeheartedly recommend this rental to anyone seeking a luxurious and comfortable home away from home. I look forward to returning in the future!!

Incredible Property - Fantastic Location
The property is seriously one of a kind, and the architecture is beautiful. It is a blessing to have been a guest of such a wonderful property, which is rare in the SF Bay Area. The house is extremely spacious with tons of sunlight. The view of Mt. Tam is spectacular and the hot tub is a nice touch! The location is also fantastic, as it is close to Highway 101, Mill Valley, and just under 30 mins. to northern SF locations. The owner is extremely friendly and communicative, and our weekend here was probably one of the best VRBO experience we've had.

Family retreat
What a spectacular home. We were in town for a family event and this house was a great place for our family. The house is very cool, well equipped and was highly functional for us. We even used the gym in the garage. Plus, the private backyard was warm in the sun, in spite of it being mid-winter. Probably our favorite home we’ve rented.
