The room was clean and comfortable. Nice shower, hot water, cold A/C. Washer and dryer available and very helpful. Breakfast was good and the automatic pancake maker was fun with tasty results! Some remodeling going on so hot tub wasn't available and carpeting was partially new in spots. Weird smell in spots in the halls and definitely in the elevator. Overall great for the price!

Horrible hotel

Although the hotel did meet our needs for the 1-night we were there, we won’t be staying there again. Old, outdated, dirty, not friendly, most of the advertised amenities were out-of-order or run down. Couldn’t wait to leave the next day

When entering the hotel was under construction, but every area was clean and unobstructed. The staff welcomed and let me know the hot tub was just serviced and up to temp. Win in my book, because it was a whopping 0 degrees outside. Our room over looked the pool area so that was nice. The sign and to get to the entrance of the hotel is a little weird. All in all i would suggest this hotel, updating the rooms would be a nice touch.

Dont think anyone works at this hotel

We didnt end up staying. Was going to a funeral and found out about an hour or so after i made the reservation the date was changed. Tried to change the date but couldn't get in touch with anyone. Tried many different ways. Still was charged for the room the day before we were supposed to check in.

The mattress was as hard as a rock, the toilet was running the whole time, the bath spigot did not close completly, causing the shower preasure to suck. The bath had a slow drain, so I was ankle deep. Breakfast was definately sub par.

The building doesn’t look like a hotel. The sign was not well lit. They are doing renovations which look like they will be nice. Breakfast was underwhelming. The room was clean and large. Be careful when heading out of town towards Greenville, GPS may send you to a dirt road that is private property.

The service when checking in was very timely and the room was clean and comfortable. The lobby area was interesting and still under construction. It would have been nicer to have a coffee maker in the room than to go to the lobby area.
