The room is spacious, but the carpet stain is still unacceptable despite the overall cleanliness. The light switch is hidden behind the door instead of next to it, which might confuse you at first. The climate control panel is modern and easy to operate. I like it. The bathroom is satisfactory. I wish it had a bathtub — that would be a big plus.

Spacious room. Room conditions and hotel conditions are not price worthy. Staff for breakfast was not sufficient. Not a single table available. All tables have dirty dishes. Not cleaned in timely manner.

Front desk staff are amazing. They helped a small concern with my room which was quickly taken care of by the housekeeping staff. Big shout to these ladies who were very nice and made things better. Please give them my thanks for all they do. As alway Buu and Darius at the restaurant are amazing. All the staff make you feel like family. Wish I could give more than 5 stars. See you all soon.:)

Overall, the hotel is good. However, the soundproofing between rooms could be improved. Footsteps from the upper floor can be heard in the room below, and when the neighboring room closes the door, it makes a loud noise that can be a bit startling during sleep. In addition, the parking fee is quite high. It would be appreciated if the app could be more transparent about parking fees before guests book a room.
