We were very disappointed regarding the treatment my family received during our recent attempt to check in at your property. Upon arrival, we were informed that the reservation had to be under someone over the age of 21. Unfortunately, the staff member at the front desk was unprofessional and dismissive. She made my son and my boyfriend wait outside and told them they could not sit in the lobby while the issue was being resolved. I could not help but feel that their treatment was influenced by racial bias, as both are African American. This was both hurtful and unacceptable. Due to the way they were treated and the lack of cooperation from your front desk they decided to leave. I also ask for a formal response and any possible resolution, including an apology and a refund for the unused reservation. I have sent numerous emails and calls to the property and have not received any contact back.
