Liked the area.Lobby was nice. I Arrived early and gave my name and number to the lady at the front desk who said she would call me for early check in. Never received a call. When I did check in later in the day it went smoothly. Staff was very kind and professional. However, the hallway to the room smelled bad.The room itself had a horrible odor. The toilet seat was disgusting and was not cleaned properly. Luckily we were out the entire time and didnt spend much time at the hotel. I would not stay there again. Cleaning staff needs to do a better job.

There needs to be an adult only hour for the pool. I went at 8pm and 8am and the same family with SHRIEKING children was there both times. They were full volume screaming and cannon balling. I choose this hotel because of the pool but it was completely unusable due to no staff monitoring of rules or adult swim hour. The room was clean but the air conditioning was leaking so I stepped into a wet puddle in my socks first thing in the morning.
Chewed/spit up food left near pool area… doesn’t look like regular cleanings or checkin of the pool area by staff is done. Pool rules are not enforced and kids out of control in pool area.

My stay here was absolutely horrible! I was booked for the weekend only stayed one night and went to another hotel! The room has a horrible smell, TV did not work, the air conditioner was leaking water so the carpet was soaking and wet which is what was causing the room too. The linen had a smell. The rooms are old and outdated. Staff wasn’t able to change my room until the next morning and that room was horrible as well so I left and found a better hotel!

Don't believe the reviews! We got here and it looks ok but you come in to one staff member helping a huge line of people checking in andmultiple people walking around from the pool dripping water everywhere. Get to our room to find the bathtub looking like it hasn't been cleaned and damage on the walls. Several people noisy after 10 pm; slamming doors, taking loud/ yelling. Then we got woken up at 6:30am to someone knocking on a door down the hall repeating MANAGEMENT! LIKE, WTAF I'M TRYING TO SLEEP!!!! HATE IT HERE.
