The room was very clean. Bathroom could’ve been a bit cleaner, but it was still up to standard. The only that I had was there was a random screw on the floor by the bed that got gotten hurt and the blackout curtain feature wasn’t working properly when you slide other than that location is really nice. The parking feature is really nice and the staff is wonderful.

My room definitely was neglected. The employees had more than enough time to ensure that my room was up to par & in standard conditions considering the fact that I checked in after 8pm. The countertop surfaces were stained as if they were not cleaned. The floor was not vacuumed. The bathtub was full of hair as if had not been cleaned at all. I informed the front desk of the housekeeping issue, and was told that someone would be to my room. No one never showed up to my room regarding the issue, or never even followed up. The next morning I attempted to go for breakfast at 6:50 am, but breakfast was not ready. I was informed that breakfast hours are 6am to 9am. One of the kitchen employees told me that breakfast wouldn’t be ready until 7am. I was highly disappointed as I headed back to my room. Before going back to my room, I stopped at the front desk and informed another employee of the condition of my room. The employee informed me that she would pass my concern along to the manager who was going to be clocking in soon. Again, & still…nothing was done regarding the condition of my room. Eventually I just ended up checking out early, and not finishing my stay. I would never stay at that location again, & would not recommend to anyone.
