Needed a quick stay overnight for a very early morning flight. The front desk staff were amazing and super helpful. Check in and out was easy, the shuttle to/from the airport is new and comfortable, the bed was soft, the water hot, and the food at their restaurant: The Placery was fantastic! Five stars all around!

We chose this property for the proximity to the airport, and shuttle. On Expedia it states free parking, and doesn’t offer much more information. We ended up getting charged for parking at $10 per day which was less than the airport; however, they should update this on the site.

There was an alarm that constantly was going off in the lobby area and we could hear it the minute we walked out of our room. The front desk indicated that this alarm goes off all day long and there is nothing they can do about this. This is something upper management really needs to address!! This is a complete disturbance for anyone staying at this hotel and I can only imagine how awful this is for the employees there!!!

We stayed for two nights but was told room service is only every 2 days. Not impressive. Asked for clean towels and extra pillows. Phone in room did not work. Was told to come and ask for them at the front desk. Side note is that we we're glad we did not fly in because the shuttle that they have looks like it belongs in the scrap yard. Rusted out. Might want to get that fixed 5 Stars for the breakfast. Excellent
