The staff person was very courteous. The room was clean. However, the bathroom had only 2 hand towels and one washcloth (questioned if it was clean.) We were able to get towels and washcloths from the front desk. No bathmat.

Jacoozi was very dirty And when i arrived the staff was very upset because i got there late and tried to cancel my reservation when i had already booked my room online will not come back here again

Room was pretty good ,the bathtub/shower appeared to have dark something in the grout ,since we were just spending the night I didn't investigate it ,We didn't even shower and left bright and early . An unpleasant surprise was the security Deposit of $100 was removed/charged from my card immediately and took a few days to be reimbursed. That put me in a worry mode since I am on a limited budget and it almost over drafted my account .I had saved up for a while to afford the little get away and If I had know about the ambush charge I would have maybe planned OR I would not have booked a room here If I had know that up front .

Check in and learn you get charged an additional $150 security deposit. At checkout was told that gets returned at 11:30am still no return. First room wasnt the cleanest and TVs didnt work. Get moved to another room where towel rack was barely on the wall and Ac heat buttons were not there. Pool n hot tub were filthy bubbles in hot tob left a black ring around out. Wont be staying here again

At time of check-in Friday evening, the on duty desk clerk could not understand that I wished to pay for my stay in cash. He insisted on me swiping my credit card at the time, to which he subsequently charged my room. Then, he demanded a $150.00 security deposit for any possible damages that I might do to the room. Upon checkout Sunday morning, I asked the on duty desk clerk to apply an additional $50 dollars to the security deposit for the room payment and to reverse the charges made to my credit card Friday evening. He seemed unwilling to process my transaction willingly and after a short back and forth discussion, he sent one of the housekeepers to check my room for damages. When she returned and reported no damages, he then processed my security deposit and returned it to me. I then immediately gave it back to him, plus $50 dollars, to pay for my stay. And I had to ask him again to remove the room charges from my credit card. After some hesitation, he did remove the room charges from my credit card. I was very unhappy with the management of this Quality Inn and do not plan on staying at this location again. My overall impression of Quality Inns at present is not very good.
