Flexhome Walker`s Point Studio with Gym and Balcony

The space comfortably sleeps two with a queen size Murphy bed that doubles as a work/dining table. The living room sofa may serve as an additional sleeping area, however please note it does not have a pull-out bed.

- Free daytime street parking is easily available throughout the neighborhood
- Overnight street parking is restricted to specific streets e.g. allowed on Washington, Mineral, and 3rd St, but not allowed on 2nd St or 1st St
- Overnight street parking requires a permit which you can request for free up to 3 nights (or 4 nights when including Saturday which isn`t enforced). Just call the city at 414-286-8300 on the day you`d like to start parking and request a Temporary Night Parking Permit. 2. No smoking ($150 fee)
3. Quiet time after 10pm
4. Authorized guests only, and no booking on behalf of others
5. $75 charge for unreturned keys

Non-refundable fees: refunds for cancellations are based on the listing`s cancellation policy and exclude processing fees of 3% of the total transaction cost.
