Une location agréable

Calme,près des pistes cyclables et de la forêt. Vaisselle très propre et suffisante. Bonne literie. Par contre à l arrivée forte odeur de canalisation. Machine à laver le linge âgée mais qui fonctionne. Salle de bains petite.

Sehr schönes Haus mit allem was man bracht ...

Oyan Aldo ist ein sehr schönes kleines Haus mit komplett umzäunten Grundstück. Im Garten ist ein Gestell für eine Schaukel o.ä.. Parkmöglichkeit sind auf dem Grundstück vorhanden. Das Gartentor führt quasi direkt auf den Fahrradweg, somit ist Mimizan Plage aber auch Mimizan-Bourg sehr gut zu erreichen. Fußläufig sind es ca. 15 min zum Strand oder in der Stadt! Sehr gute Ausstattung im Haus (Küchenutensilien, Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Grill, Abstellschuppen, etc.. Sehr gerne wieder!

C est la location où il faut aller.

Tout y est : confort calme proximité des plages et des forêts de pins, A 20 minutes à pied du centre balnéaire de Mimizan Plage. Pour les toutous un petit terrain pour se faire bronzer et jouer avec des pommes de pins. Logement très propre, rien ne manque dans la cuisine. La salle de bain est un sauna tellement il y fait bon. Attention il y fait tellement bon vivre que cette maison isolée loin du tumulte des vacanciers est louée un an à l' avance. Nous y retournerons en hors saison.

La maison a tout le nécessaire pour un bon séjour à Mimizan, le problème c'est la pollution de l'air à cause de la fabrique de papier portée par le vent jusqu'à la maison et la plage. C'est vraiment dommage!

Fonctionnelle et agréable

La location de cette villa pour 15 jours était conforme à notre demande. Situation agréable, rien ne manquait. Nous avons trouvé une villa propre et fonctionnelle. Le jardin est naturel, la terrasse protège bien de la chaleur. En ce mois de septembre, l’environnement était calme et reposant. Le seul point négatif : l’armoire électrique est installée dans une des chambre et non dans le couloir comme il est d’usage.

Bon sejour

Logement agréable et conforme à la description. Bon accueil procédure simple et rapide pour retirer les clés. Bonne réactivité de l équipe pour m apporter les draps manquant. Emplacement proche des pistes cyclables idéal pour tout faire en Vélo. Petit bémol au séjour: l’odeur dégagée par la papeterie (odeur de souffre/ œuf pourri) selon le sens du vent. Heureusement cela n’a jamais duré trop longtemps mais nous a obligé à fermer les fenêtres. C est le gros point négatif de cette station balnéaire qui sinon est très agréable

Sehr schöne Unterkunft!

Sehr schönes Haus und Grundstück! Schaukel im Garten, Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück. Direkt am Radweg. Fußläufig in ca. 15 min am Strand oder in der Stadt! Alles vorhanden! Immer wieder gerne buchen!

Placement ideal

Pres des pistes cyclables, près de la plage. Les 2 critères recherchés. Rapport qualité/prix. Il ne faut pas augmenter le prix de la location car il existe des locations de ce type à proximité moins chères, avec fourniture des draps et vélos de très bonne qualité.

maison sur une route passagère. Petite salle d'eau. Ménage à payer en plus de la location : 20 euros c'est cher payé pour 4 nuits.
