The shower had hair all over. Toilet paper was on backwards. No screen on the window. Front desk made it seem like I was inconvenienting her when we check in. The plus side the pool and hot tube where nice.

Cons: Sticky areas in room on floor. Wi-fi did not work upon arrival and was not available until the next day. Housekeeping once after 3 days. Hot tub not overly hot. Phone in room was broken. Evening and night staff was not helpful. Pros: location. Friendly staff (when available). Pool area quiet and relaxing.

This was our first time traveling with pet. The room was good but because they have all pet rooms by the doors to easily access the back it was not good for us as our pup barked every time she heard the door open / close. Other then this it was ok.
