This was our first time at an embassy suites. We were pleasantly surprised to get two free drinks each and free snacks. The hotel was clean and our room was quiet. Bartender was helpful and kind. Great stay!

The facility, rooms, and beds are comfortable. However walls are thin! You can hear other guest clearly through walls/vents and doors slamming shut. The amount of unsupervised children running around between floors and elevators is ridiculous! You know it’s bad when your active 7 year old asks if the noise is going to go on all night. I know that’s a parent thing and not the hotel but a clear quiet hour needs to be set in place. On top of children running, there were unsupervised children stealing snacks from the self serve store. The noise went on pretty late into the night. For someone who is a light sleeper and had to take an early flight out, this was a sleepless night. Swimming pool was small and had to wait for towels to be brought out. Cleaning crew left used gloves on the bedside table when we checked in. I was excited to be able to relax at a nice hotel and expected a nice evening but it turned out to be a loud sleepless night. I was excited to leave on the 3:30 A shuttle.

Check in was very fast and efficient. However, The hotel was so loud, kids running all over the place, patrons were banging on doors, shouting and lounging on desks, the bar, steps etc. The rooms were clean but the bedding seemed very non-breathable and that combined with so much noise at night made for an awful night’s sleep. Won’t go back again.

Syrup and ketchup tasted weird almost as if I was eating a tomato , syrup just wasn’t anything like what normal syrup is . What changed about New Year’s Eve and getting told to go to our rooms ? We’ve done New Year’s Eve every year and this is the first time we ever were told to go back to our rooms ? Understanding that not everyone is celebrating but definitely knowing people go to hotels for new years allow it for a bit but don’t threaten people with kicking them out
