A very nice hotel & the staff was friendly. When we in Minnesota for the State Fair & when we asked about shuttle service, the front desk clerk informed us of a free shuttle very close to the hotel. He was very friendly & answered all of our questions about the free shuttle & how to get there. The hotel also let us park in the lot for free the day of our departure while we were at the fair. A very positive experience. Thank you!

The rooms were extremely clean. The hallways were nice and bright. My only gripe is the pillows were not very comfortable and an outdoor seating area would be nice!

Screaming kids in the hallway after 11 p.m. Fridge in our room never got cold, yet the temp of our room when we arrived was 54°... way too cold!

Beds nice and clean rooms, good condition. Nice shower but shower head just ok. Good experience, breakfast area well stocked also. I asked for total charges at end of stay and she said they don’t know total charges because of third party booking? Strange and annoying I thought.
