Dispite being very close to the airport, we never heard a single plane. Hotel was clean, rooms were great and staff was friendly and helpful. The coffee/cocoa/tea bar in the lobby was used quite a bit by our family.

Shower fixtures were coming off the wall, poor shower pressure, found spot and pubic hair on towel in bathroom. Beds were quite firm and caused back issues to the point I couldnt sleep. Would not stay here again.

The staff was very attentive and friendly. Love that there was a shuttle van to take you to Mall of America and bring you back to the hotel. The room was very comfortable, bathroom very clean. We were in the pool, which was very clean. We enjoyed it. Great for families! Loved the breakfast options. My kids loved the waffles. We will definitely, come back to this hotel.

A bit to be desired

This was an affordable stay for our family of 6 - it is hard to find a room that can accommodate 4 children under 10. That said, we were frustrated that the pack-n-play we requested for our 2-year-old did not have a platform for the bottom. When we asked if there was another option, the staff did not even look in the same place where they got the original one from, and told us that “they were all broken.” Also, the floor tile in our room was loose in spots and “rocked” back and forth, and the closet doors didn’t slide close, tempting young children to play with the doors (and pinch their fingers). That said, it was convenient and the breakfast was great.

I would suggest putting signs by the food warmers to keep covers closed. All the food I got out of the warmers was cold….yuck. It’s too bad couple of waters can’t be in the frig in the room.

Bargain for sure for price, free breakfast, no Parking fee and close to airport. Room was clean. Bed comfortable and nice towels. But noisy. Could hear people in other rooms( no parties, just normal noise) and could hear plans taking off.
