Heat/AC unit made horrible loud noises when running. one of the beds in our room made creaking noises with any little move on the bed. shower never really got that hot. Tub was VERY slow to drain. Loud consistent pounding noise coming from a couple rooms down at 11pm at night. Unsure if it was a guest or construction of some sort in the room but was rather annoying. Breakfast was good, not a whole lot of options though. Staff was friendly and room was clean. The pull out bed wasn’t the greatest, but not everyone uses it. Overall, we were only in the room in the morning and at night when we got back from the mall. It was a good place to stay and the price was decent.

This hotel qas wonderful. The facility was clean, staff was friendly and i loved the detail they put in many different areas. The pool area was wonderful and the water temp was perfect. Our queen sweet was very spacious for our family of five.

Quick overnight stay after flying into MSP before returning home. Lobby coffee and cocoa are nice, especially during the winter cold! Our room was spacious and clean. Free shuttle to the Mall of America was very convenient and appreciated! Breakfast was satisfactory: some hot options, some cold, typical hotel powdered eggs, and only sausage gravy for a meat option. But the yogurt, waffles, and fresh fruit options were adequate. Overall, a pleasant stay that I would not hesitate to repeat :)

I was early, by 3 hours and the room was ready. Staff was helpful when I called for shuttle pick up from airport. Overall the staff was friendly and helpful There could be a better snack selection at the reception, some healthy snacks and not just candy and chips. Breakfast was OK.
