Sunny 16BD Group Getaway w/ Arcade, Theater, Event Venue

Located in the beautiful Macalester-Groveland neighborhood of Saint Paul, this spacious private home is perfect for large groups looking for comfort, space, and memorable gathering areas. The home welcomes you with large windows, abundant natural light, and an open living space that makes it easy for everyone to relax and spend time together. The main level features a large living room, full kitchen, and adjacent dining room, creating a great space for group meals and conversations.

Upstairs you’ll find six bedrooms and a full bathroom, while the main floor includes two additional bedrooms, one full bathroom, and a half bathroom for convenience.

One of the most unique features of the property is the separate “ADU” entertainment space, which includes a large game room and entertainment space perfect for movie nights, small gatherings, and game competitions. This space also includes an additional bedroom and serves as a fun private hangout area for guests. The property also features lawn games wil have a Sauna and Mini Golf coming Fall 2026 to make future stays even more exciting.

Outside, guests can enjoy a large private backyard with patio seating and outdoor furniture, ideal for relaxing, dining outdoors, or spending time with your group. The yard is surrounded by a large fence and garden, creating a peaceful and private setting for outdoor hangouts. Off-street parking is available for guests.

Overall, we had a wonderful stay. We traveled with a large group that included both adults and kids, and the space accommodated everyone comfortably. There was plenty of room for us to gather, share meals, and truly enjoy each other’s company without feeling crowded.We especially appreciated the variety of sleeping arrangements, which worked out perfectly for our group. The kids loved the games and toys that were available—it kept them entertained. We were also grateful for all the thoughtful amenities provided, including a steamer/iron, which definitely came in handy.

We were in town for a wedding. We have family in the area so was a great location. Extra bonus is the street the home is on has an incredible Halloween celebration and all the homes decorate with hundreds of trick or treaters. Fun to see!Great coffee and grocery store a block away!

Really great property in a great location! Close to gas station, grocery, liquor store, etc. House is divided so some bedrooms are in a different separate area from the other bedrooms if that makes a difference but it wasnt a big deal for us. Would stay again! The owner needs to have a history of what the building used to be!

We were a group of 15 adults in town for an event. Rooms were good size and comfortable! Host is responsive. Plenty of ac’s fans to keep the place cool. Fully stocked kitchen & bathrooms. Great and safe location we would definitely book again!

Spacious, cute house with plenty of beds and entertainment for large gatherings!

We stayed here for my sister’s bachelorette party and it was WONDERFUL! Plenty of beds for everyone, plus the garage had tons of arcade games plus a huge projector, we projected karaoke lyrics to the wall and had an at home karaoke night. The place was clean and organized, it had everything we needed.

Awesome property!

Excellent space for a large family gathering

My sister's family and I stayed here for Christmas and it was perfect. There were so many bedrooms that there was more than enough room for us all. The kitchen was sufficient for cooking our meal and the dining area was good for a large family meal. The location is also great, with easy access to local stores and coffee shops. There was also plenty of street parking. We would definately look to stay here again next year if we have the same plans.

Great Location and great for large group

We wanted a place for our adult family to gather, eat, and enjoy some games. This place met our expectations in those regards. Great neighborhood with easy access to restaurants, groceries, and activities. There are a lot of beds and technically enough room for maybe 22 or 23 adults, but feel it is best suited for 12-14 adults. Would have been nice to have one more full bathroom, but overall, perfect for gathering our family together.

Quaint home with lots of private space!

From the moment we walked in, we enjoyed the structure and quaintness of this home. There are many rooms that are private and spacious, with nooks and crannies in between.
