--BED & BATH--
Up to 4 guests can sleep comfortably in this one-bedroom apartment:
‱ Bedroom: 1 queen bed, separated from the rest of the suite with a sliding door.
‱ Living room: 1 queen pull-out couch, large enough for 2 guests

The bedroom has plenty of storage space in the closet, and contemporary artwork adds a pop of style. Sleep well on freshly laundered, high-quality bedding and wake up to natural light from the large windows.

The bathroom is located right off of the kitchen it’s convenient for all of the guests, and it includes a large glass shower, toilet, and sink. We provide toiletries, towels, and a hair dryer so you can pack light!

--LIVING SPACE--
The loft features an open kitchen/living area, where you’ll find a queen sized pull-out couch, coffee table, flat-screen TV, and a table with two chairs - doubles as a work space!

Although the North Loop is packed with amazing restaurants, the kitchen has everything you need for a home-cooked meal. Appliances include a refrigerator, freezer, electric stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee maker, and the cabinets are stocked with cookware, dishes, glasses, and utensils.

The living area features high ceilings, wood floors, and oversized windows for a sunny, sophisticated ambiance.

Head up to the rooftop deck for panoramic views of the Minneapolis skyline, plenty of outdoor seating options, and BBQ stations where you can try your hand at grilling a Minnesotan classic, the Juicy Lucy.

On the first floor, you’ll find a swanky Member’s Lounge with a custom shuffleboard table.

‱ All guests must be over the age of 25, unless part of a family unit. Verification may be required.
‱ All check-ins are contactless! To provide this service, we require a photo of yourself holding your ID to verify your identity, to be emailed or texted to our reservations department prior to check-in. No exceptions. (Please be aware that we do not have staff available to meet guests in person on site for this purpose.)
‱ Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require additional documentation.
‱ A Minnestay Rental Agreement must be signed prior to arrival. This will require that you provide us with your email address. Please inquire about the terms and conditions prior to booking. More info can be found on the Minnestay website, under Guest Services - Rental Policies.
‱ This is a 100% smoke-free property (tobacco, cannabis, e-cigarettes, vape, etc). There is no smoking allowed on the balconies, rooftop patio, or within 25 feet of the building's entrances. Fees will be assessed for smoking in the building or unit.
‱ No events! This home is designed for families and responsible adults. Restrictions include, but are not limited to: Weddings and wedding celebrations, Bachelorette/bachelor gatherings, and reunions. This “no events” policy includes the common areas of the building.
‱ No pets are allowed at Sable. This includes both in the units as well as common areas of the building including the 9th Floor Rooftop deck and 1st Floor Member's Lounge. Certified Service Animals are welcome (does not include emotional support animals) and will need to be mentioned prior to booking.
‱ Consumable amenities provided by Minnestay are not refilled during stay.
‱ Quiet hours: 10PM-7AM, strictly enforced. Noise violations could result in a minimum fee of $150 per violation.
‱ This condominium building is located in a vibrant downtown area, and guests may experience typical urban noise such as construction, traffic, and activity from neighboring units. As such, refunds will not be provided for noise-related disturbances.
‱ There are security cameras located on site, in the common areas of the building.
‱ Loss of key fobs, and/or parking passes will incur a minimum $250 fee per key/fob/pass.
‱ Fines up to $2000 per violation will be accessed to anyone found breaking these rules.
‱ Direct bookings or other online booking sources may be subject to a 3% cancellation fee.

Deviation from these rules can result in an eviction from the premises with no refund, as stated in the signed rental agreement.

Convenient location

I really enjoyed my stay here. The apt was very well kept, the check in and check out process was easy and I love there were multiple restaurants within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again.

great location

I chose this for the reason that it was within walking distance to the Target Field. Little did I know what other amenities it offered. It did say a 10 min walk to Target field, but you should plan for a 15-20, especially depending on the gate that you get tickets for. However it was a great location for anything food you would want and had A LOT of stuff in walking distance, which was perfect so we didn't have to drive in any traffic in the city. The only complain was that the place smelled like someone had left some old garbage in the place, when you first walked in. Other than that it was a great place and location and we LOVED the private parking and easy to walk to places. I would recommend this to others and stay again!

Great visit and great apartment

We were in town for a baby shower and the apartment was great. North Loop offers places to eat, drink, close to the river if you are looking for places to run, walk, bike. The only thing I did not like there was no gym/workout facility. Overall Excellent!

The fireworks from the 9th floor patio were amazing! The location was perfect -we could walk for dinner and drinks! We enjoyed the shuffleboard table in the lobby. The parking pass did not wrk so that was a little bit of a hassle. And we had people down the hall from us that kept us up a lot of the night so that did not make us happy but it was a holiday weekend! And the space was pretty small but actually worked out okay!. Otherwise it was a very nice place.
