Not restful at all

Clean enough but the staff was inconsiderate. Vacuuming outside our room at 1am and playing tv loud in lobby so we didn’t sleep much at all. The wife asked them to turn it down they were very rude to her. Never staying there again

room was ok, was on the noisy street side so heard semi's and vehicles all night. not helpful when you are a light sleeper in hotels. sheets on one bed were dirty, thankfully we didn't go under as we usually sleep on top of them with our own blankets. didn't want to alarm my son, so never checked his bedding. ac was on 60* when we arrived so took awhile for us to warm up!!!

I was surprised to find that our initial room did not have a microwave or fridge, as that’s something I’ve always had in previous hotel stays. After speaking with the staff, they were very accommodating and moved us to a room with a fridge. For the microwave, we used the one in the lobby breakfast area, which worked out as a reasonable compromise. Overall, the hotel was a pleasant stay—quiet, clean, and in a great central location. The staff was friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better.

We stayed two nights, just before and just after a trip. Only 15 munutes from the airport which was convenient. Very small and basic rooms. The room keys didn't work either stay requiring us to return to the front desk 2x the first night and 3x the second. The room next to ours on the second night had people staying there chain smoking in the room, when we asked to switch rooms due to the smell there wasn't anything avaliable so we had to pay to upgrade, a process that took nearly an hour at 12:30am. The queen "suite" has a couch area, kitchenette, and queen bed, the TV is awkwardly placed in the middle difficult to watch from either couch or bed.
