I had such a wonderful and cozy stay at the Rand Tower hotel in downtown Minneapolis! From the moment I checked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful, which really set the tone for the whole visit. The room was spotless, modern, and comfortable, with great attention to detail. I especially loved how quiet and relaxing it was, even though it’s right in the heart of the city. The location is truly unbeatable—walking distance to great restaurants and shops, and only about a 12 minute walk to US Bank Stadium. The amenities were excellent as well, and the staff at the Rufus/Blondette were incredible. I loved that they cleaned the room and brought a fresh set of towels/amenities while I was out! Overall, it was a great experience, and I would absolutely stay here again on my next trip to Minny!

My room did not have any heat I froze for 2 night. I told house keeping she told that someone was going to come look at the heat at 11am. I had to call to the front desk at 6pm to see if someone could come fix the heating. Someone came at 7pm he said something was wrong with the system and vent. That it should start to get warm. It started get warm that 2 hours later it was back freezing in the room temperature was set to 90. I wanted to extend my stay but I can’t bare to stay another night in the cold

The hotel was lovely and the room was very clean. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The only minor disappointment was that our room was not cleaned during our 2-day stay, which was not mentioned during booking or check-in.
