Passing thru Bloomington

always comfortable to be at the hotel. Our little dogs actually know the place, and treat it as their home away from home. The staff knows us, our dogs, and treat us great. The area is safe, no rowdy partiers, and is it quiet. Also the bed is comfortable.

We had a nice comfortable room with comfortable beds. Unfortunately, it smelled like it might’ve been previously a smoking room because there was the scent of a smoker in the room. We were too tired to ask for a room switch so we stayed. Furthermore, there is an accidental fire alarm at 3 AM where we had to get out of bed and stand outside the building for about 15 to 30 minutes.

Comfortable bed and a nice walk-in shower with plenty of hot water, my top two criteria. That said, I expected a little more from a Sheraton - maybe breakfast, or a pool. This place was fine, and a convenient location for this trip, just nothing special.

Overpriced and old, but clean

The hotel is old but clean- I paid extra for the club lounge- which was a room with a tv and bottle water- the same as my actual room. The window actually looked into the foyer of the hotel- so that made the room somewhat dark and devoid of natural sunlight. The front desk would not allow uber to deliver my breakfast - so I had to go down 6 floors - walk across an indoor bridge and then back to my room ( a 5 min walk) due to security. It’s wasn’t that far, but first thing in the morning without my coffee- it was more work then I wanted to do for $300 a night
