Pineapple Paradiso is furnished in a classic Florida coastal style, your second-floor condo rental will accommodate four to six guests very comfortably.
 
Stroll to the neighborhood swimming pool a few yards away, or spend the day at the beach. Walk to the shore of the Choctawhatchee Bay and enjoy a scenic sunset. All of the amenities of SandestinŸ Golf and Beach Resort are located within a short walk, a quick bicycle ride, or a few minute's drive. Even better, travel throughout the resort in your 4-passenger golf cart. Whether your vacation plans include a few lazy days at the beach or you plan to stay a while and explore the whole resort, Pineapple Paradiso on Harbour Point Lane at Sandestin is truly the perfect choice!

There is a full guest bathroom with a bathtub and shower.

Sandestin Beach Access Update-
Effective May 1, 2025, Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort has implemented a paid parking policy for all vehicles, including golf carts, at the resort’s beach access point. The daily parking fee is $20, and guests will pay Sandestin directly for parking.

Rental Agreement Requirement-
After booking confirmation, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email, sent as an E-Sign document with required signature fields.
The Rental Agreement must be signed before your arrival instructions are released.

Beautiful location, nice condo, but...

The condo was in a great location. Unfortunately, it did not smell good in the house at all. It smelled like the carpets were wet (they weren't) and although it was clean, it didn't feel clean because of the smell. Highly recommend the area, and also the condo if the smell was corrected.

Great Place to Stay

We really enjoyed the property. The location was very convenient, and the setting was beautiful. It was great having water and marina views. The golf cart was fun and convenient. The only downside to the property was the showers needed updating. A glass door would have been nice, along with updated faucet handles. The one in the master bath was hard to turn on. Also, the carpeting wasn’t awful but could use an update. Lastly, this might sound petty but posed a problem a couple of times...there were no baking sheets. We needed one on two occasions and couldn’t find one anywhere. These are all just friendly suggestions. We all really loved staying there and would stay again! It was a very comfortable and fun place to stay!

Perfect area and community

The property is extremely well located... it sits on the golf course, has views of the ocean and the Baytowne Marina, and just a short walk to one of the community pools. The beach area and the Baytowne restaurants and shopping are also just a short golf cart ride away. Although the interior is a little dated (carpet in the bedrooms) it is an excellent getaway. We enjoyed our time here very much.

Beautiful View and Resort - Time for Some Updates to the Condo

We've stayed on this stretch of Harbour Point for 5 of the last 6 years. We come back to this stretch for the view and access to walk down to the 14th green and fish or watch the sunset. If you are up for the sunrise, it is spectacular here as well. The golf cart in this unit is great. For us, the golf cart is a must. This condo just needs a few things to be fantastic. This list is for the owners to make this a 5-star destination for years to come. 1. The washing machine must be fixed! The spin cycle is so loud you cannot have a conversation anywhere in the condo and the floor vibrates. I can't imagine how much this must bother the people in the condo below! 2. The sliding door handle screws kept coming out. That's too easy to fix but a terrible inconvenience to your guests. 3. It is time to update the showers. The great granite countertops and beautiful kitchen are shown in pictures but the showers are not shown. We were very disappointed to see the showers were not updated with the rest of the unit. Especially during the COVID time, no one wants a shower kit with a plastic shower curtain touching them in the shower. We actually went and purchased a new curtain and replaced the one that was there. 4. Your guests need faster wifi. With so many of us needing to work remotely, this is a necessity. This is made even worse as the cell reception is a bit spotty in the area (not your fault). Hopefully an inexpensive router will solve the problem. 5. A beach condo should not have carpet. A nice vinyl plank would be perfect and inexpensive. There are so many great things about the condos on this stretch. So, if the specific items mentioned above are addressed, or you just don't care, I would highly recommend the unit.

Very nice property

The condo was clean and nicely decorated. As an end unit, it was more quiet than most with a beautiful view! The golf cart was very nice, although it wouldn’t charge. We would recommend this property to others for sure.

Misleading description.

From looking at all the pictures on the web site, I assumed the condo to be on the first floor. Also, it didn't state that this was a second floor walkup. We were a group of four seniors and one gentleman has Parkinsons, therefore very unsteady on his feet. The description also stated - newly remodeled. One bath with large shower and the other with a tub shower.....both simply had tub showers! I was very concerned for my friend. Please consider editing the description to include that the condo is on the second floor and the shower/tubs have not been updated as stated. Would we return? No.
