Welcome! Create lasting memories in our fourth-floor Surfside Resort condo! Free beach chairs and umbrella! Washer/dryer in-unit! Walk-in shower.

The beautifully upgraded Surfside Resort unit 407 has a spacious fourth-floor wrap-around balcony, which can be accessed from every room with views of the pool area and the Gulf waters just beyond.

Surfside Resort is one of the area’s most outstanding locations with great on-site amenities and a unique Sky Bridge that connects to the sandy white beaches.

Unit 407 features two bedrooms, two baths. The master bedroom is spacious with a seating area and large walk-in closet. It features a king bed, flat screen TV, a private master bath with a large glass-enclosed shower and balcony access. The large full size washer and dryer are located in a closed in space in the master bathroom. The guest bedroom is spacious and offers two cozy full-sized beds with access to the second full bathroom just across the hall. The guest bedroom is beautifully decorated and It features flat screen TV, a closet, and has balcony access.

The living area offers a cozy and elegant retreat to relax with a comfortable queen-sized sleeper sofa and two chairs. The living has a flat screen TV and DVD player. The kitchen, with its beautifully tiled back-splash and upgraded stainless steel full-size appliances, also has all the housewares that you will need for preparing your favorite meals. The dining table seats six and there is a table for four in the breakfast area for ample dining seating. The balcony is accessible from the living area, breakfast area, and both bedrooms. The floors are beautifully tiled throughout this unit.

Beach Service is included for all reservations between, March 1st – October 31st. This includes two chairs and an umbrella for your entire vacation stay. Beach towels provided for your use convenience are available in the unit.

The height limitations in the north guest garage is 6'8". The association is not responsible for damage when someone scraps the top of their vehicle. The height is accurate. Parking rules require any vehicle with a carry top to remove and store the top in order to park in the garage. Surfside security will assist the guests in storing the top. There is outside parking available without these restrictions.

We had a blast at Surfside! This was our first time staying & we will definitely be back. Our unit was very clean & was more than we expected- the owner even left a bottle of wine to enjoy! The owner was very communicable and easy to get in touch with for all and any questions!

Perfect apartment

We chose this apartment because it was so close to the beach. We have two young children and not having to cross any streets to get to the beach was a big plus. The house was very clean and was accurately advertised. We arrived on the late side and used the lockbox to access the hotel amenities codes. Because we arrived late the front desk was closed and we could not get our parking pass right away. We reached out to Lewis and he reassured me that we could go ahead and park for the night. We were able to get a pass first thing in the morning at the front desk. Lewis is an extremely responsive host. We would definitely stay with Lewis again. This beach was also so beautiful. The sand was white and luxuriously soft and the water was a crystal green/blue. The sand bar is expansive which allowed our small children to walk out further because it was so shallow. They are still talking about boogie boarding at the beach and they are already requesting to return next summer. Our Miramar experience was the most fun we have ever had at the beach. Truly spectacular. Oh, the restaurant downstairs is also great. I am a chef and I was very pleased with the seafood sushi and sauce quality. It’s a great choice for an easy dinner. Thank you Lewis.

Our stay here was wonderful. The place was clean and was exactly as advertised. Mr. Lewis was great with communication and would checked in to make sure everything was going well during our stay. We loved it so much we are already looking to book for next year. 😊 I liked the fact that the resort had a bridge we could use to cross over to the beach. Overall we had a great stay.

Second time staying at this location

My family ( myself, husband and 2 teens) stayed here last year and had a great experience so this year my husband and I stayed again just the two of us. We really liked the location and the condo. The host was very kind and even left us a bottle of wine each time! There is a sky walk which makes getting to the beach extremely easy. The beach staff was so friendly and helpful!!

Great Experience!

Condo was clean and updated as described. Lewis the owner was fantastic to deal with, spot on communication pre and post stay at the unit. Surfside location is the best, closer to everything we need ( Winn Dixie, outlet mall, Baytown Wharf Village and more). The 2 chairs and umbrella included in the rental is a nice addition to our stay. Curtis the attendant on the beach was awesome to work with. Overall our family had an excellent 2022 Spring Break . Will definitely come back and rent again from Lewis!

Great Stay!

We had a great stay here! Loved the sky walk to the beach. I didn't have to worry about my kids crossing traffic to get there. The condo was really nice and had plenty of comfortable sleep accommodations for the 7 of us. All the essentials that we needed were provided. Greatly appreciated the beach towels and beach chairs! Would stay here again!

Lovely area, bogus charge for additional "cleaning"

Condo was very clean, had everything we needed, close to easily accessible beach, which is beautiful. Loved that we had chairs included daily but the beach was definitely a bit crowded and I would suggest going early to reserve a spot. Restaurant onsite is amazing. Pool was clean and very warm, 1 hot tub wasn't functioning during our stay, other was, gym was clean. The only issues we had were being woken up by the trash collectors which are right outside the condo on the ground level at around 7 am each day. The air conditioner was also making a loud noise throughout the night and the walls are very thin. Then we were charged more for additional cleaning which was ridiculous. Cleaning people sent pictures of napkins they clearly used to clean in a dust pan with empty shampoo bottle which wasn't even on the floor and sand. While at the beach it is IMPOSSIBLE to keep all the sand out of a condo. It is insane to assume this is possible. Also stating the windows were messy. We already paid a 200 charge for cleaning. We took all trash out, washed dishes, SWEPT the floors 3x, striped the beds, barely used several areas of condo, emptied the dishwasher, etc. AND we were only there for 4 days. I've never had anyone from this site try to charge me more for cleaning and have used this service for years.

Great location with fantastic views from the large balcony. Unit was comfortable and very roomy for our group of 4. Nice private beach access with walkway bridge to deck on beach. Owner was great with communications. Plan to go back again!

Excellent beach vacation

I know nothing is perfect but our stay here really was. The property, the location, the beach, the sports deck, the patio and view, all perfect! We stayed here the last week in March and had a perfect stay. No problems at all, the condo was beautiful and clean and had everything we needed for food, even though we ate out most of the time. Beach access was super easy and always were able to have a great view of the ocean. My two teenage sons loved the sports deck and played basketball every day and night. It was just a perfect stay and I can't wait to come back! Sooner than later! Thank you for a memorable stay!
