Welcome to the “lap of luxury” in the iconic tower of Ariel Dunes II. Ariel Dunes II 604 is an elegant condominium rental that has two bedrooms and is comfortably furnished with cheery décor. The main living area is tropically themed with a large comfortable couch that doubles as a queen sized sleeper sofa. They all face a flat screen TV for evening entertainment and are adjacent to the sliding glass doors that feature a view of the glistening emerald hued gulf from the furnished balcony. The breath taking views include not only the gorgeous gulf but also some inland lagoons and other luxury towers including the Majestic Sun. A dining table in this open room has four high backed woven straw chairs that sit beneath a globed chandelier. The state of the arts kitchen has stainless steel appliances as well as a gleaming mottled granite topped bar with four raised seats. It has everything you need to prepare a fun family feast on those evenings when you decide to dine in.

The Master Bedroom has a beautifully decorated king sized bed that sits beside the sliding glass doors that lead out onto the breezy balcony where you may enjoy the beach views. It also has access to its own full private bathroom that includes a garden tub as well as a separate glassed in shower, so there are no excuses for being late getting ready for that special seafood dinner reservation. The cozy guest bedroom has a charming decorative metal framed queen sized bed with easy access to the full hall bathroom that conveniently doubles as a powder room off the main living area.

Ariel Dunes II has multiple swimming pools that comprise of watery freshwater fun and is only a short stroll away from 2,000 linear feet of the white sand beach. This awesome Miramar Beach location is close to popular beachfront restaurants as well as a championship golf course and professional tennis courts at Seascape right next door. You may also get some great designer discounts at the giant Silver Sands Premium Outlet, which is minutes away. The Village of Baytowne Wharf and Grand Boulevard at nearby Sandestin offer great restaurants, lively bars, free musical concerts, fun seasonal festivals and a brand new stadium seated movie theater.

We were there for Blues Festival that was literally across the street from this property. It allowed us to come and go at will. Property has 3 pools and is short walk to beach. We loved the ocean views. Would definitely stay here again.

The beach is gorgeous and clean. The unit is great. Perfect location, able to walk anywhere, wish the pool was open at 8 or 9, but the pools are wonderful, and we had a great experience overall. Everyone was very friendly. Hope to go back

We had a great week and would stay there again! Only a few negatives which are we had to ask for the Wi-Fi password as it was not left anywhere for us. It also would of been nice if there was more then just one roll of toilet paper in both of the bathrooms.

Very decent room with comfortable beds and a good amount of space for our family of four. Near beach and great swimming pools. Also nice gym. Not many kitchen gadgets but the basics- which is really all we needed! Just know to bring anything additional in the kitchen (Tupperware, bottle opener, etc.) if you have any special requirements.

Overall it was great. Pool needs towels and shade. Kitchen was missing some essentials. Dish scrubby, cutting board. Maintenance staff was very responsive. Beach was very close. Bike rentals delivered to our door. Great experience overall!

The location in proximity to the beach was great. However, the cleaning service is subpar and considering the cost for renting these units which includes a “cleaning fee”, this shouldn’t be an issue. Lastly, multiple previous reviews discussed the problem with the dryer, and the problem still exists. Be prepared to wait days for your items to dry!

Property and location were amazing!

My overall experience with the property was amazing. The location from the unit to the beach was perfect, only about an 5-8 min walk depending on how fast you’re moving! The only “con” .. or maybe just a heads up I can mention is that the water shut off about 4 times due to sensors being wet or running water for more than 2 hours. Which was frustrating with a pre teen and teenage boy staying with us. However the issue was resolved within minutes each time! Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would rent again!

The property requires major renovation. Kitchen appliances and washer and dryer are either broken or dirty or very old. The place is very dirty. Doors to bedrooms and bathrooms don’t close. The only positive thing about this place is its location. It was an easy and short walk to the beach.

It took four days and numerous calls to get a defect roaster with a short in it replaced.

The property was nice but it could have been better stocked with more than one roll of toilet paper and one roll of paper towels. No small plates in kitchen.

This was our 3rd stay at Seascape. Check in was very easy. The unit was clean when we arrived. We only gave 3 stars for cleanliness due to walls needed washing, especially the en-suite bathroom. The furniture in living room and dining area is “tired”. Stains on dining chairs and living room chair cushions need steam cleaning. Kitchen was okay. Pots and pans were also “tired”. Dinnerware: Only a few plates and bowls. There was white adhesive tape on cabinet doors to cover up wear and tear. We did appreciate the brand new washer and dryer! Enjoyed the large balcony and view. We love Seascape resort. We did enjoy our stay. If we had to use just one word to describe the condo = adequate.

it was alright

the place was in good condition, good area, easy self check in and check out, but the cleanliness was a good 5 out of 10, it was clean but there were things like the sink that were left dirty… the drain was clogged from build up… and metal appliances were not cleaned well… kitchen was stocked everything needed, which is great… couch had a dried up patch of food, floors had some dirt behind furniture, i understand cleaning can’t always be precise but those are stuff we saw… so i took it upon myself to clean it, which i had no issue with but would have liked it to have been better, other than that the only other complain was that the water turned off a couple times while we were there, but a press of a button turned it back on, everything else was alright and would stay again

There was no gate key in the condo as the welcome note indicated. Dining table very wobbly. Two chips in bottom of large tub. Lamps in livng and bedrooms too dim for reading at night. At least two chips in ceramic floor.RECOMMENDATION: place adhesive felt pads under chairlegs to prevent damage to floor and eliminate noise for folks below.
