Hello! I contacted Real Joy customer service many times to get help and assistance but manager never contacted me during my entire duration of my family's stay in condo and i requested multiple times for the manager to contact me, but that never happened! Me and my family are beyond stressed out, frustrated and really disappointed in this unprofessional treatment and feel being neglected! Our family long awaited vocation was ruined and we did not enjoy our stay here! I'm requesting a fulll refund.
