You’ll love our condo! Just remodeled, our two bedrooms (each w/king beds) two baths, sleeper sofa and a bunk bed, sleeps a max of 6 very comfortably. Freshly painted, new stainless appliances, new living room furniture, remodeled master bath with well appointed kitchen, laundry, and even includes in season beach chair and umbrella service (300 yards from you front door). Located on the fourth floor in the center of the beautiful Amalfi Coast Resort: a gated community that includes two pools (one heated), tennis/pickle ball courts, workout facility and a fire-pit. Elevator accessibility makes it easy to gain access to the top floor.
Our condo, as most Destin rentals, rent for a 7 day period: Saturday 4pm to Saturday 10am.
Allegiant Airlines make it very reasonable to fly directly into Destin/Fort Walton Beach (VPS), with a 25 minute Uber to get to our condo.
Amalfi Coast Resorts has signed a contract to paint and waterproof the entire complex. This project started September 2nd and is scheduled for completion by Feb 1st, 2026. The contractor is working building to building with our area to be completed by December 31st, 2025. I have highly discounted the month of January 2026 for any noise that might be heard from within the condo. Thx.

Perfect Beach Location

The condo was located on the fourth floor which had a perfect view of the ocean and the two pools on the property. Everything about our vacation was just so easy, from check-in to check-out. Our host, Mr. McMurray, made sure we had all the information we needed before we checked in. The condo comes with everything you need; plenty of towels for both bathrooms and kitchen, dishes and glasses, pots and pans, and starter of essentials for your use. Beds are comfortable, as is living room furniture. There is plenty of activities and great restaurants for kids and adults. The beach is beautiful and a super short walk across the street. The kids loved the pool. We can't wait to stay again next year. Thank you, John, for answering my questions before we came as it helped me pack only what I needed. Pros: Pools are clean, beach is right across the street, plenty of room for our group of 5, lots of restaurants in Miramar and nearby Destin, great balcony for sunrises and sunsets. Cons: Vacation was too short.

Our stay was great! The resort is located in a great area of Miramar Beach with easy access to the beach and surrounding businesses. Plenty of parking every day so that was nice. The condo was very spacious and easily accommodated all five of us. Everything was clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well-stocked with plates and such and we were able to cook in our unit several nights. The pools and lounging area were really nice too. Our host checked on us via text a couple times. We've stayed in the area several times in the past and now believe we'll stay here again in the future instead of shopping around.

Clean and convenient vacation condo

We've stayed at Amalfi Coast before in different unit but this was our best stay yet. Condo was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Kitchen was fully stocked and the lanai provided perfect views of the gulf. John was an amazing host and easy to communicate with. Thankfully didn't need anything the entire time as everything was perfect. We are already thinking of booking next year's stay. High recommend.

The unit was very nice just as we expected. The only issue we had was the alarm for the entire complex went off at 4 AM two mornings in a ro, the owner kindly treated us with a gift certificate to a restaurant to help make up for the incident.

Emerald Coast Family Vacation

First off let me just say I requested an early checkin and the hosts John & Patti were able to honor that. When arriving to the gated community you can hear the waves crashing and smell the salt in the air. The property, including the pool is covered in beautiful palm trees. The floor plan of the condo was perfect! Laundry room is right when you walk in the door, so all your wet towels, suits and sand toys can stay there. The kitchen condo was equipped with any and everything you could imagine. Sliding patio doors in both the living room and master bedroom overlook dual pools and the beautiful emerald coast. You’re so close you can actually see the flags from the condo! You can rent bikes or golf cart right there from the condo and cruise up and down 98, which is so nice to be able to ride to dinner or ice cream. We had neighbors on all sides of us but never got woke up by them. Overall a good experience! If coming to the Destin area I would recommend this condo.

Pools, the Beach, and Relaxation

This is our fourth time down to the Miramar Beach area for a family vacation and the first time staying at this condo. John, one of the owners, sent emails multiple times prior to the vacation date for information for our stay. The check-in process was quick and easy. John had previously sent all the info we needed so as soon as 4 hit we were in the condo and unpacking. The condo was very clean and had plenty of kitchen items that most condos don’t have for cooking. The two pools were a great break from the beach in the afternoon. A short walk past the pools and across the street and your feet are in the lovely white sand. The two beach chairs and umbrella are a great addition to the rental. We will definitely be remembering this property for or visit next year.

Fall Break - Destin

Condo was awesome! Very spacious. Everything in the condo worked and was as pictures described. King beds were comfortable, bathrooms well-appointed and clean. Property was gated with manicured grounds. Pools were clean, many choices for outdoor grills that were cleaned each day for you. John was great to work with and provided an easy check-in/check-out process. He even checked on us after the first days to see if we needed anything. I would highly recommend this property and will be staying again. Thanks!

Vacation 2023

Great stay and great condo! Great views , comfortable beds too. Missed having a crockpot and had issues with the tv remote in the living room but weren’t really there to watch tv. Loved having beach service ! Been staying in this complex since 2017 and management must have changed have never been asked for wrist bands for the pool area but we were asked several times a day which was a little annoying. And we did not have parking inside the parking garage with this rental. Also bring your chairs, coolers, floats etc bc there is nothing extra here. Overall we had a great stay and look forward to next year !!!

Summer vaca

This was a lovely condo in a great location if you want to have a view of the water and not a far walk to the beach (2-3 min from the room). Pools were nice (a little warm, but it’s also July in FL!) The owner was great at reaching out and meeting any needs we had while we were there. Loved that two chairs and umbrella were provided and set up each day at the beach for us! We hope to return soon!

Vacation perfection!

Lovely condo with everything you would need for a relaxing vacation. John is very attentive and quick to respond to any question we had. The view of the gulf from our balcony was wonderful, my husband and I spent every morning just breathing it all in. My only problem was that we couldn’t stay another week! The location of this condo is absolutely perfect! We walked to so many different places from restaurants to stores. We were all incredibly impressed with how clean the place was. John and Patti gave great suggestions for places to visit and to eat which was so appreciated. The turnaround time for communication between them was amazing, I never had to wait longer than maybe 30 minutes to an hour. They provide you with an umbrella and two beach chairs for you stay, which was so wonderful. I’ve never had owners do that for us. We used them everyday and they were so nice to have on the beach. Overall, I would recommend this condo and we plan to come back we were so pleased. Thank you, John and Patti!!

Amazing!!!!

2nd stay at Almalfi and Super excited beach access was completed this year. View was amazing and just a 3min walk to beach! Condo was super clean and John was quick to respond with any questions or concerns. Walk-in shower was a dream in master, huge laundry room right off entrance to easily dust off sand from beach, and beautiful views of ocean from both living area and master bedroom. Pools are bonus, one heated-one cold. Leaving was the hardest thing to do but we will be back! Thanks John!!

Our stay in Paradise

Our 1 month stay on Miramar Beach was amazing. This property is directly across from the beach with amazing views of the ocean and the beautiful pools and grounds. This unit is on the 4th floor which enhances those views. The unit was very clean and was exactly as the pictures display. Very comfortable beds, with awesome linens and towels. I really liked that it wasn't cluttered and had plenty of room for our personal stuff. John was very receptive to questions and clearly pays attention to details. We walked everywhere including restaurants, shopping and of course the beach. We would definitely return again if Miramar Beach becomes our destination in the future.

OUTSTANDING Property

This unit was perfect for our group of 6!!! Plenty of room and the location is perfect!!! We were able to sit on “our” 4th floor condo & see the gulf!! So amazing & so close! Very relaxing community. The boys enjoyed the basketball court & heated pool. John, the owner, went above & beyond to ensure our visit was perfect - he even checked with us mid week to make sure everything was good & asked if he could do anything for us. The unit was very clean & had everything we needed for the week. Would definitely recommend & will come back.
