This luxurious, beachside condo in Luau is located on the famous Sandestin® Golf & Beach Resort. Your getaway offers one bedroom and one full bathroom with spectacular views on the 8th floor! This vacation offers everything you need. Enjoy the lagoon style pool with a beautiful waterfall & tiki bar (open seasonally)! Beach access, a fitness room, garage parking, and upscale ambiance are a few amenities you will enjoy.

The master bedroom includes a king bed, closet, large dresser for storage, flat screen TV and connected bathroom. The master bath includes a vanity sink and a tub/shower combo. Bathroom can be accessed from master and hallway.

You will also enjoy the spacious living area, & large balcony with outdoor seating and spectacular views. The kitchen comes fully stocked with all appliances, large breakfast bar with additional seating for 2. The living area is furnished with comfortable seating including a sleeper sofa, an HDTV, and access to the balcony through sliding glass doors There is a washer/dryer for your convenience, and WIFI is complimentary.

Just outside of your building is the pool deck as well as a separate area for grilling and dining.
