Welcome to 498 Linkside Drive! This charming villa is located on the bayside of the resort in the family-friendly community of Linkside. Our beautifully updated home offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and comfortably sleeps 9 guests. Guests can enjoy spacious accommodations, designer décor, vaulted ceilings, a furnished front patio, a screened-in porch and a fenced-in backyard. Hop on the 4-seat golf cart and head to the beach. The community pool is conveniently located.

Our spacious villa features a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and all the cookware and dinnerware needed to prepare a home-cooked meal. There is seating for four in the dining area as well as ample seating on the front patio where there is a gas grill and screened-in porch. Designed with comfort in mind, the living area offers plush furnishings, a SmartTV, a cozy fireplace and access to the backyard. The screened-in porch is steps from the dining area and offers a perfect spot to spend with family and friends while enjoying the warm Florida breeze.

Our lovely home offers three bedrooms and an additional set of twin bunk beds in the hallway. The primary bedroom is furnished with a plush king bed and provides access to the backyard through sliding glass doors. There is an ensuite bathroom with double vanities and a walk-in shower. The first guest bedroom offers a queen bed and is convenient to a hallway bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The second guest bedroom is complete with a queen bed and a twin bed.

498 Linkside Drive is located just an 8-minute golf cart ride away from the sugar white sand and emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The famed Village of Baytowne Wharf is also just a few minute's golf cart ride away. As a convenience, our home provides high-speed WIFI, keyless check-in, and a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. Guests are welcome to use the 4-seat golf cart at no additional cost. Guests may bring a dog 50 pounds or less for an additional $300 pet fee.

Linkside is located in the heart of The Resort just minutes from Jolee Island, the Village of Baytowne Wharf, Baytowne Marina, Grand Boulevard, and all the amazing amenities The Resort has to offer! CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.
