The Tops'l Beach & Racquet Resort is a private gated community offering special amenities such as a sun deck and gas grills. Fine dining is available at the onsite Ocean Club Restaurant. It's conveniently located near top-rated shopping and dining options in the area like Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Baytowne Wharf and Grand Boulevard in Sandestin. The resort is conveniently located in the Miramar Beach/Sandestin area 10 miles east of Destin and 3 miles west of CR-30A. Highly Recommended Amazing Condo

I am a island travel expert & Beach Products Influencer.I have been very lucky to travel to 18 islands and visit top resorts all over Florida cities in the Caribbean,Mexico and Hawaii for the last 24 years.I have stayed at numerous condos and i highly recommend this condo 5 stars.The condo was extremely clean,beautifully decorated in classy beach decor and attractive furniture.The booking process was easy and seemless.The host owners had the best customer service i have ever had.This comes from my background of visting properties and 31 years in customer service care.The owners were very attentative to their guests needs and overall satisfaction via their stay.i wish every rental had been like this condo rental. Great Location

The location of this property was phenomenal. The beach was less busy than the touristy parts in Destin. The water was crystal clear during our stay. The condo was beautiful and very clean. The large balcony was a nice addition.

Finally first vaca since covid. Great condo

Awesome time. First time VRBO and condo. Beautiful condo. Plenty of room. Great view of gulf & Bay. Management came and corrected a couple minor items. Awesome job in communicating through the whole process and stay. Only comment would be monitor cleaning. Various areas needed dusting and watch cleaning the shower. Wife freaked with small clusters of hair on shower walls. But overall great place and vacation.

Fall break trip

Enjoyed our stay during fall break. The kids were excited about the bunk beds. We spent a lot of time reading on the balcony and ate breakfast and lunch out there most days. The beach items were also a hit with the kids.

We l’ve stayed in the Tides for the past 5 or so years. Most times it’s awesome. This time wasn’t bad but some things just seemed to be not at the highest level that we’ve grown custom to. The ceiling fan in the guest room was missing a blade. Some simple things like a wine opener we’re not part of the house owned utensils. The gate to the private pool was broken the basketball goal was gone, neither of the gas grills were working. Overall the vacation was good but could’ve been better

Lovely apartment

The apartment was beautiful. It’s nicely decorated and very clean. The kitchen is well stocked with basic appliances and utensils for cooking. We were able to make several large meals and share them on the patio together. Checking in and out was easy. The grills are easy to access, as is the pool area. The only negative I experienced was with a property manager over an issue at the beach with another tenant. I was lawfully accessing the beach by the water in my own chair I had brought with me. A few hours later a few entitled “Karen’s” and a “Ken” showed up and sat up behind me in the rented chairs and had the nerve to demand I move out of their way and immediately started being mean and nasty. I refused so they notified security- who then agreed I was within the law and basically told them to get over it. Then Karen and ken called the topsl manager who came down- kissed their behinds and was very rude to me- and threatened me with the law if I didn’t move. Even after he found out I too was staying on the property and had been there hours earlier than they were, his attitude still didn’t change. I knew I wasn’t breaking the law though- and so did he. So, I stayed exactly where I was. Those people continued to be rude and make nasty comments the entire time though- because they felt supported by the property staff. Had they simply asked me nicely and showed respect, I wouldn’t have minded moving and the entire situation could have been avoided. However, after everyone’s attitudes and the way I was treated I felt I had to stay just as a matter of principle. I couldn’t back down to bullies in front of my children. It’s just sad that we had such a great time until this happened the day before we left- and that management took part in it.
