You will hear noise of the demolition of the existing stucco and may have swing stages and workers on the east side exterior of the building outside the windows. For the duration of the project, the courtyard (east side) and portion of the upper parking garage will be closed for access. This condo is located in the middle of the tower.

Worst mattresses !

The mattresses were like sleeping on a piece of cardboard. The rest of the condo was ok, but not great. Over the years we have stayed at much nicer properties at Sandestin. Would not book this property again.

Awesome Views

We stayed here for spring break. We have a family of five and everything was great. The views were fantastic. Location was awesome being right on the beach. Pool was perfect for the kids when they were not at the beach. The kids also got a lot of use out of the basketball courts that are on the property too. Having the golf cart to use was a plus. The lights did not work on the cart, but once we contacted the management company they brought over a new golf cart right away. Would definitely come back to this same place and would highly recommend.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The condo was exactly as it appears in the pictures! We have been coming to Sandestin for years, but this was the first year we were able to get a golf cart with our condo! This was a game changer!! There were only 2 negative things about this condo… more comfortable mattresses needed and room darkening curtains for bedrooms! Overall, our experience was wonderful and we would definitely come back!! I’m telling you, condos with golf carts are a huge game changer!! 😎

The TOPSL management offered a full refund IF we found another rental in Destin. By the good lords grace, the rental at Beachside 2 was the ONLY available in the entire area. Angela was fairly new and inexperienced. She managed to get us into this WONDERFUL condo last minute. The condo was clean, beautiful & spacious. The view from the condo was stunning. I highly recommend this rental service and this particular unit.

Was really a nice place. But.....the golf cart is horrible. It’s very old, shakes, makes noise, hard to turn and lights are very dim. This thing should have been retired 15 years ago. Loved the condo, but a lot of what we like to do is go out at night and it didn’t feel very safe. We visit often and would probably book the condo again but not until the golf cart is upgraded.

This condo overall was the nicest we have stayed in. The beds are comfortable which is super important. It had a brand new pull out sofa sleeper. It was beautifully decorated. They give you a more than sufficient amount of towels and it has a full size washer and dryer to use. The kitchen has everything anyone would need if they do alot of their own cooking while there. It has a full size Keurig and a separate coffee maker if you prefer that. Beautfully decorated and a great view of the gulf. Only complaint is the water pressure is super high and cannot be adjusted but some folks would love that.

Unfortunately I should had asked how old the pictures were for this listing. Very run down. Looks as if it has not been maintenanced in 15 years. Beat up doors, walls, rusted leaking showers . Stained old carpets .Only had two clothes hangers in one closet none other in entire condo. When we asked if there was any never received response. Location was the only current true picture on website. Ocean gorgeous. The overall complex is very old and was heavily populated. Beach front was packed with people as if you could hardly walk . Long waits for elevators that had no a/c working in either elevator. Unfortunately this was our first trip to Destin if the ocean would not had been so beautiful we would not ever come back. But one thing for sure we would not book this condo or any other from this resort unless a huge remodel and or maintenance of condo was guaranteed and would never book for that week again. Definitely would have to be off season.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was perfect for our family of 4. The pool and beach are ashore elevator ride away. The golf cart was a great, fun addition to our weekend.The unit was clean and had what we needed. It does need an overall upgrade on minor things like cable wiring, baseboard paint, etc but this didn't affect our stay at all.

Amazing Views

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we had a great experience. Walking in and waking up to the views of the ocean were amazing. The golf cart was one of our deciding factors in choosing this property and I'm glad we did. You are able to access the Baytown Warf using the tunnel that crosses under highway 98 and more shopping and food areas close by with it. We have been visiting the Destin area for the past 6 years and this is one of our favorite locations yet.
