“Delightful and charming” describes this lovely three bedroom, three bathroom vacation cottage located in the Laurel Grove neighborhood at the Resort. With resort style furnishings that reflect the natural colors of the sea, this cottage is tastefully appointed with comfort in mind.

1350 Ravens Run is perfectly situated in the picturesque neighborhood of Laurel Grove at the Resort. The Laurel Grove clubhouse, located within easy walking distance, features a sparkling blue swimming pool (seasonally heated), hot tub, an exercise room, and a full kitchen with an outdoor grilling area. There are several ponds at Laurel Grove suitable for catch and release fishing. A quick golf cart ride through the Resort will take you straight to the beautiful sandy white beach. The Resort also offers tennis, golf, restaurants, shopping, walking trails, bicycle paths, and activities too numerous to list!

Our spacious family room is designed with hardwood floors, cushy sofas, an HDTV, and extra seating for guests. With 1643 square feet, there is plenty of room for everyone. Enjoy preparing meals for your family in our fully stocked kitchen, or whip up a meal outdoors on the gas grill. Relax and enjoy some quiet time on the outdoor wrap around porch. There are NO bikes with this home.

The spacious master bedroom is conveniently located on the main floor, and offers a king bed with a memory foam mattress, an HDTV and access to the wraparound porch. Just a few steps away you will find the master bathroom with a brand new tiled shower. Also located on the main floor is the second bedroom with a king bed, HDTV and a guest bathroom with a large shower. The upstairs loft comfortably sleeps 6 guests with a full bed, a bunk bed (twin over full plus a twin trundle), and an HDTV. The upstairs guest bathroom offers a bathtub-shower combination.

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.

We’ve stayed in Sandestin several times and always enjoy the area and the conveniences. This unit was perfect for our family. It was very clean and just the right amount of room for my husband, myself and our two adult children. You can’t go wrong with this rental.

Beach & Quiet all in One!

This house was perfect for our group of 7! The golf carts were perfect for getting around to the Bayside Warf and to/from the beach. We really enjoyed the wrap around porch and how quiet it was in the evenings. We grilled a couple meals on the porch and then went out using the golf carts. Highly recommend!

Great place for a family vacation

We stayed for a week during our fall break and had a great time. The house was clean and had everything we needed for our family of 5 with 3 kids and in-laws. Having the golf carts was so key, but super convenient. We were able to easily get to dinner at the wharf, the beach, and the bigger pool when the neighborhood one was closed for some time. The location is great, one downside is having instructions for how to get to the beach would have been nice. Thankfully we ran into some old friends who were familiar with the area and told us how. It’s not walking distance, but again being able to pile everything into the golf cart and drive was convenient. There was one evening when we first tried to wash clothes that the dryer wasn’t drying, but we put in a maintenance request and it was fixed the next morning. I was super pleased and happy we could wash clothes and beach towels as needed and return home with no dirty clothes. We would reconcile and stay again, the neighborhood was beautiful, quaint and quiet. Having access to the bikes was nice for a morning ride and the rooms and bathrooms were great. The only downside was the fitted sheet on the bed in the non primary bedroom downstairs is too small and kept popping off on both sides during the middle of the night, but we worked with it for the week.

Amazing time!!

House was everything as advertised. We had a very relaxing time, lounging around the house. Golf carts were a big plus getting around the property and shopping. Getting to the beach from house was less than a 10 min. drive. Neighbors were freindly and helpful. We definately will be back!!

We have stayed at Laurel Cove for many years and we love the community. This home was much nicer than most. But with all rental properties, it could use a little TLC. The hall bath vanity faucet is loose. There is stain on the carpet at the top of the stairs. LVP flooring would be better suited for rental property. The second floor bedroom stayed warmer than the rest of the home. The kitchen needs new knives, needs more silverware and containers for leftovers. Other than that we were very pleased with this home. The biggest issue staying at Laurel Cove is parking. The parking for golf carts sets precedents over the parking for automobiles. Which means if you bring more than one car you will have to park at the overflow at the pool area providing the limited spaces are not taken. Should this happen you will also need to have some one to taxi you back and forth. You are not allowed to park on the street and you are not allowed to park the golf carts beside the driveway nor on the street. The most logical solution would be for the owners to provide a smaller parking area at each home just large enough for the golf carts. That way it would be obvious where the golf carts should be parked and provide more parking for automobiles. We did notice that a couple of the homes had smaller parking areas just for the golf carts. The parking dilemma can prove to be a bit stressful. Please be aware there are permanent residents who police the area daily.

We had a great time and loved the 2 golf carts! We loved the easy access to the beach, golf courses, restaurants, and the grocery store. The house was clean and we also enjoyed the large porch.

Great house

Love this area and the ability to use golf carts on sight to access food, shopping, grocery. Property managers very prompt in replying to issues as they arose. The wrap around porch was great for the rainy days we experienced. Only wishes are that there was a keurig available and that the guest shower downstairs could have hot water vs warm-ish.

The house was beautiful, the golf carts were fun to have, the beach was a little further away than we expected. The only complaint is the dryer took 2 1/2 hours to dry towels.

Good but needs TLC

We have rented this home before but it’s starting to need some overdue attention. First the good, Laurel grove is great and the new golf cart is cool. However, this home doesn’t really have two golf carts - one new model and one that barely functions (no tread on tires, seat covers, battery changer iffy). We found that the beds and mattresses are terrible - warn out, damaged and linens are so old, plain and bare. The kitchen is a mess with utensils and pans that need to be replaced and organized. Garbage disposal doesn’t look like it’s worked in some time. As stated in other reviews there is a mold issue in the downstairs bath and the squirrel issue seems ongoing upstairs. The Outside closet is another smelly mess with random stuff everywhere. The washer and dryer aren’t working very well (takes two or three 60 minute cycles to get clothes dry). There are many other small handyman type chores that could really boost this property (a good power wash would be a start). Overall, I can’t recommend this property as there are so many options similarly priced in Sandestin and the 30a area.

Great experience in Sandestin.

This house was just as viewed. Our experience went very well. We came with a group of 10 and everyone had a place to sleep. The are was beautiful and clean. It was nice to have the golf carts that seated all of us! Our trips to the beach would not have been as pleasant without them! The kitchen provided dishes that served 10 people and there was a nice selection of utensils. We wished we would have brought a larger skillet, but we got by. The grill was another great plus. Thank you for your stay and we would defintely return!
