Welcome to Blue Surf 16B! This unit has some of the best views at Blue Surf. Guests can choose from 2 balconies that overlook the complex pool and has GREAT views of the Gulf. If you look really hard, you may even see a dolphin out in the distance.

16B has been updated including new paint, new vinyl plank flooring upstairs and on the stairs, new quartz countertops throughout, new furnishings and decor and a new king bed in master bedroom.

The kitchen is spacious and is fully stocked with a dual Keurig coffee maker, blender, crockpot, pots, pans and skillets, wine glasses, etc. There is plenty of cabinet space and a small pantry. There is also seating for 6 at the new kitchen table.

You will also find a front load washer and dryer on this level in the hallway.

This townhome unit has a bedroom and full bath on both floors. Each are located at opposite ends of the townhome. This provides more privacy to families traveling together.

There is a queen size bed in the 1st floor bedroom and a new queen size air mattress provided for additional sleeping space. You will not be disappointed with the amount of closet and drawer space. The 1st floor bath has a tub/shower combo. The bedroom has sliding glass doors with room darkening curtains. This leads out to the 1st of 2 balconies, each with new Adirondack patio furniture.

The living room has new couch and ottoman. You will also find an oversized recliner that provides much comfort. For those who may need to work during their visit, there is a desk as well with room for working space and we also provide private Wi-Fi. There is a 52" smart TV as well as a DVD player in the living room. The living room also has the 2nd set of sliding glass doors leading out to the 3rd level balcony with breathtaking views ~ don't forget to look for the dolphins.

The primary bedroom is off the living room. In there you will find a king size bed, plantation shutters for privacy and plenty of closet space. A new luxury walk-in shower with light gray subway tile and pebble accents has been installed in the upstairs master bath. Both bathrooms have wall-mounted hotel-style hair dryers.

Blue Surf 16B also features two reserved parking places and private, high-speed Internet service from Cox Cable. You should have no problem getting access to the Internet or streaming media with this private Wi-Fi system.

At Blue Surf you will enjoy spacious grounds, close beach access, lush tropical landscaping, 4 new charcoal grills, a seasonally heated pool, newly resurfaced shuffleboard court, and convenient access to area restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, golf courses, and other activities.

From March to November, complimentary daily beach service of two chairs and an umbrella is set up for you on the beach. This is a value of $500 for a week's visit.

Pompano Joe's, a landmark seafood restaurant on the beach, located across the street. Pomp's host happy hour daily from 3-5pm with drink and food specials. Enjoy their downstairs beach bar and put your feet in the sand while enjoy a cold adult beverage.

It was just ok. Didn’t care for layout of the home living room upstairs, kitchen downstairs. Dryer seemed to vent out into the hall. Bathroom fan wasn’t working. Has to climb stairs to get to the townhome.

Family getaway

This townhome was a great layout for two couples. Beautifully decorated and clean. Rated as a 4 due to exterior construction off the townhome. However, this was outside the owners control and without asking she offered a free night for the inconvenience. Pet friendly places are hard to find so thankful this was a great option.

First Gulf experience

Ease of beach access was great. Having the chairs was nice touch but as we found out beach etiquette misses some of the masses. Found people parking directly in front of our chairs a bit. This was not monitored except by us. Only issue with the condo was the sliding doors were a bear for the family to get open. Other than that a top notch first experience and would spend a week at Blue Surf again, in fact plan to next year. This listing says 20% for the stay for a week we received 10% refund for a 7 days stay.

Much needed sunshine!

This property was wonderful. From balcony you could see the beautiful gulf waters and enjoy relaxing breezes. Beach access was directly across the street where we had an umbrella and 2 chairs waiting for us to enjoy. And if you wanted to enjoy a beverage Pampono Joe's ocean bar was a dew steps away. It was an awesome vacation!

Amazing!

We had an amazing time at this unit!!! The owner was so responsive and easy to communicate with. The condo was so nice and perfect distance to beach and super great view or beach and pool! Love that the walk was so easy and we didn’t have to mess with elevators or anything! Highly highly recommend!!

Love this place!

We have stayed multiple times in those unit (and other units owned by the owners ). They have been amazing to work with even when issues arise out of their control. Staying in Miramar Beach Blue Surf

This was a second year in the row we stayed in the same unit, and we absolutely love it. Amenities, access and closeness to the beach, kitchen supply since we like cooking and coming with the friends who stay in the same condo. Highly recommend for the family with kids - two level unit provides a great sense of privacy. We are planning to come back next year.

Short Getaway at Blue Surf

The Blue Surf Townhouse 16B was very comfortable and super clean. Dedicated parking space. Kitchen was nicely updated and provided full pot, pans and multiple utensils. Nice bedding and super large living area on 2nd floor. Our views from the two balconies were over the pool and garden area that extended to view of ocean. The walk way to the Beach that stopped traffic on the roadway was a plus. And the best amenities were the dedicated beach chairs and umbrella already setup on the beach for a nice day Of relaxation. Ocean temp was 84. The only slight issue was getting the large patio doors to lock properly located on floor 1 & 2. The salt air has not been nice to the inside hardware. The 9am checkout was probably the earliest checkout I encountered in my travels, however could be standard for this highly requested Destin location. I would recommend this townhouse if you are considering this location. Thanks.

Staying at Blue Surf - great experience

We enjoyed our stay in Blue Surf unit 16B starting from initial inquiry through check-in instructions, location, place clearness, access to the beach and check out prompts. Accommodation was comfortable , two-level unit provided a privacy since we came with our adult son. Place has all necessities for cooking and owner provided free of charge rented chairs/umbrella that was set-up in the morning till 5 p.m. We consider to rent this place again for future vacation. Great location and great condo

First, I want to say that Debra, the property manager, was absolutely awesome! We had texted her and asked if our room could possibly be ready earlier than 4 and she said they would do their best. She did and was incredibly accomadative. Debra was very kind and let us know if we needed anything, she would take care of us. Perhaps one of the best amenities was the umbrella and chairs included in the rental. A $300 value! The condo was very clean and the perfect amount of space for 4 adults and our fur baby. We really enjoyed Blue Surf and will definitely make a return visit. Michelle, the owner, was also great to communicate with and very quick to respond to questions. These people care about your experience. We had a fantastic vacation!

Great location!! Beautiful view!! ROOMY!!!

My wife and I were worried that the two bedroom condo wouldn’t be big enough for us and the three boys, we found the space to be amazingly accommodating as it was more than enough space for us!!! The amenities were more than we could have asked for. It was as clean as anyone could ask for (retired military means I know clean!) This is a great location seconds from the pool, a minute from the beach and another minute to Pompano Joe’s!!! Do not hesitate to book this place, I know we will be back and SOON! 10 out of 10
