As you enter this gorgeous 4th-floor condo, you are greeted with a full kitchen, breakfast bar, dining area & a living room that leads to a private balcony. The over-sized balcony offers full views of the Gulf of Mexico, so you can enjoy the breathtaking sights & sounds of the beach anytime you desire. The master bedroom also features a balcony with a full Gulf view, as well as a luxurious king-size bed, & an adjoined master bathroom. You can wake up in the morning to the warm Florida sun & fall asleep at night to the relaxing sounds of the waves washing over the shore. The 2nd bedroom also features a king-size bed & an adjoined bathroom for added privacy. The 3rd bedroom is great for children & offers 1 queen-size bed & a bunk bed containing a trundle. There is also a queen-size sleeper sofa located in the living room. This vacation rental condo includes a washer and dryer in the unit and can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests, perfect for your next family vacation!


With this rental, you are provided with two beach chairs & an umbrella in your condo that you can take to the beach, in lieu of spending $40 a day using the local beach service operator. For added convenience, our office is on-site, on the ground floor of the B building in Majestic Sun, should you need anything.


At Majestic Sun you can spend your days indulging in several amenities, including an indoor pool (heated in winter), outdoor pool, two hot tubs, Gulf facing fitness center, & more. With easy beach access, you can simply stroll across the street to the beach & lounge on the sugar white sands or try some fresh seafood at The Whale's Tail Beach Bar & Grill, a local favorite. Majestic Sun is part of the Seascape Beach Resort & is centrally located within minutes of a beautiful 18-hole golf course, Seascape Towne Centre, Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Grand Boulevard, Parasailing, Waverunner Rentals, Kayak rentals, & more!


We also offer golf cart rentals at a discounted rate to our guests and must be reserved for the entire length of your stay during the peak season (Spring Break/Summer), and the off-season must be rented for a 3-night minimum.


*Parking Passes - One pass for 1-2 bedroom units, two passes for 3 bedrooms. Additional passes available for a fee.

Family getaway

If your priority is the beach and relaxation this is a great place. Will need to use car for restaurants and activities, golf cart won't be advantageous unless you want to just cruise up-and-down Scenic drive. Enjoyed the property, would definitely stay there again.

Great property

We really enjoyed our stay here. There were 8 of us total; my family of 4 with 2 kiddos, so we took the bedroom with the bunk, my mom and dad and my grandma and grandpa. We had plenty of room, and enjoyed the quick walk over to the beach.

This condo had the perfect amount of space for all our guests! Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom! Equipped with everything you need. The ice maker doesn’t work and there isn’t an ice maker on the property. Wish we would’ve brought an ice maker from home. Lots of beach toys and chairs!! Great views!! Pool and hot tubs were perfect when we weren’t at the beach.

First annual willows beach trip

The accommodations were very nice and spacious. Loved the balcony over looking the beach and the location to restaraunts was great. Would definitely stay here again. The only downside if there was one would be the check in time. 4 pm is pretty late and we got there at a little before noon as it didn't take as long as we expected. When I asked if we could check in early I was told not unless I paid the $75 fee. Now I understand that fee if I arranged it ahead because they pat the staff the come early to clean but the unit was ready when we arrived so It would have been nice to have been able to check in early without paying the fee. We ended up paying to get in early and we did enjoy our stay.

Beautiful view!

The view was beautiful from the room. Room could use more attention to upkeep. Master bedroom ceiling fan light didn’t work. Loose plugs in bedrooms making lamps flicker. Ceiling fan in one room did not work on high requiring a box fan in that room because it was hot in there. Dishwasher was broke during whole stay so had to hand wash dishes which worked better anyway due to there not being enough dishes or silverware for a party of ten. Also party of ten needs more towels than one a piece and washcloths had to be shared because we were only given six total. Dryer didn’t work well either. Had to run each batch at least twice, sometimes 3 times. Other than being warm in condo and constantly washing dishes and towels, we enjoyed our stay. Was nice to just walk across the street to the beach.

The ones on the king bed were old and flat. Linens can make a huge difference in ones vacation. Supply tissues in the bathrooms.DO NOT forget to replace the rubber bracelets used for the amenities back to the jar in the kitchen. Clearly, my daughter and I did not read the fine print on the jar....A 2 cent bracelet will end up costing you $10.00! Maybe there is a more cost effective and environment-friendly option to these bracelets? Overall a really pleasant stay for us snow trapped easterners.
