Enjoy the entire home! When booking a vacation stay with us here at Beach Reunion, guests have access to the entire vacation home. The only shared amenities will be the private beach access for the community. Otherwise, this is your place to call home for your stay!



The Neighborhood:

This home is located in the beautiful Avalon community and directly across the street from Pompano Joes`s restaurant. This beach access is private to this home. Sleek Retreat is also conveniently located in Destin near plenty of local restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping malls!

Beach Reunion staff is local to the area. Our office is like family, with only 4 staff members. We have 2 overseeing our guests/reservations and our head of guest relations who assists us with our guests needs. We are open 7 days a week which provides you unlimited availability to a member of staff and when you call, it comes directly to our office, no 3rd party hubs or call centers.



Interaction with Guests:

During your stay, our office is open seven days a week, with staff available daily from 9 AM to 5 PM Central Time. We're readily available via text message, ensuring you can easily reach us during your stay. For after-hours emergencies, we have a dedicated line to dispatch maintenance or the appropriate personnel. We encourage direct communication and welcome texts, calls, or emails. The location is great! Quick walk to the beach and a few stores, surrounded by nice neighborhoods.Short drive to lots of food options and stores. The house itself was the persize for us. Beautiful house with private beach access

The house was everything we expected and more. Beautiful house with very short walk to the beach. The private beach access was very nice so that made it not crowded. We had 3 toddlers/infants so it was convenient to be able to walk them up to the house for nap time. Perfect for a large family vacation.

Flamingo Family Fun!!

This home was absolutely perfect for our family! More than enough bedrooms and bathrooms! 10 adults and two little ones and no one was cramped or complaining. So very close to the private beach, our own little pool and plenty of parking. House was as described, clean and comfy with an open concept living area that worked so well for dining, game playing or just relaxing! We had a blast and would definitely stay at Flamingo Destination again! 👍

GREAT HOUSE!!

The house was perfect for our bachelorette trip. Location was great! Beach access close and we could walk to Popano Joes. The ONLY negative thing I have is that check out is 9:00 am. Do you know how hard it is to get 14 girls up dressed car packed and be done by 9 am?? It’s hard!!! But we did it. If you can ask for a little later check out then do it! But we would definitely stay here again!

Perfect for out girls' getaway

What a beautiful property! I stayed there with 14 other girlfriends for my bachelorette party and it was perfect for our needs. The rooms were set up nicely so that we had plenty of room for all 15 of us to sleep and spread out comfortably without being on top of one another. Given our age ranges and being a little too old to be cramped, I wouldn't have suggested putting more than 17 of us in the house given the sleeping arrangements, but depending on your group, you can certainly accommodate a few more. Decor was chic and stylish and just luxurious and indulgent. Pool is small, but it's accurately depicted in the photos. However the house is literally across the street from the beach and super easy to navigate. There is also a large community pool. Overall, we were just so pleased with the home and I would be delighted to recommend this for others.

Fabulous Property!

This house is in a perfect location. Avalon Beach Estates. (Seems like most of the houses there are owner occupied) A short walk to the beach and it's perfectly situated where the traffic and congestion of Destin is not near the house. The layout of the house was perfect for our family. We had 16 people in the house and we fit perfectly. The kitchen and living room is located on the second floor. It's very open and great for entertaining! The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals for all of our families. Thank goodness for the 2nd ice machine downstairs. Although we kept it empty, it was great to have it. The rooms were very spacious and very clean. We never used them but you have access to the community pool and tennis courts. The garage is partially converted into a bunk room which is very handy. It's not very spacious but there is a queen over queen and twin over twin in there. And the A/C in there works amazing!! In the description of the house there is a bunk room attached to the master bedroom but there is no bunk room there. It looks like there were bunk beds at some point in a closet but they were taken out. It would have been nice to have them for my kiddos. The pool is small but it's clear in the pics that it is small. But it was nice to have it there! Overall, this is a wonderful house in a wonderful location. I would definitely go back to this house just because of the location. You drive 20 minutes in either direction and it's very congested. Not where we were located! And we went during 4th of July week.

We have stayed at this house before and love the location. Unfortunatley there were some cleanliness issues that needed to be addressed. The property manager immediately had the cleaning crew come back to the house . The house does need some maintenance and repainting. Overall, the ease of dealing with the property manager and the location of the house are 5 star. The house just needs some maintenance in the near future.

This was a New Year’s get together with friends

The house itself is well build and very modern. It’s has been clearly outfitted to host a large group. Even the garage is turned into sleeping room... The property is not meant to be used during a cold weather spell. The heating doesn’t work. The Management Company sent 3 people to fix the problem, and they couldn’t. Overall, an overpriced option. Look else where if you can.

Great Location and space!

Overall it was a good stay. The property needs some maintenance as some areas have had wear and tear. The house is located a short walk to the beach. The space in the house was enough for everyone to be comfortable. The open space of the kitchen and living area was great for socializing. The pool is small but for the kids was good for after the beach playing.

Summer Getaway at Sleek Retreat

Pictures posted online do resemble reality of the property. It's situated on a great location and walking distance from the beach access. Very spacious and modern furniture. Even though the overall experience was great while staying at this property, there were some details that leave you somewhat disappointed for the price paid: most of the flooring was dirty upon arrival, kitchen utensils and pots were insufficient, plus there wasn't even a single trash bag upon arrival, nor a single broom or cleaning materials. We had to get our own trash bags, kitchen towels, broom, dishwasher detergents, sponge etc to be able to maintain the house clean while staying there. Despite of this, it was a very enjoyable experience to stay on that house, if these minor details were corrected we'd have had a perfect guest experience.
