This unit is very spacious, its at the end of the hallway, so very private patio. You cannot drive up to the front door, you must enter through the parking garage, so be sure to park in the area marked Bahia. Note, dining table is small and only seats 2 people. No separate shower but a deep tub. Pool is large with plenty of lounge chairs and the resort has plenty of sidewalks. Baytowne Village is only a 5 min walk away.

This unit has the potential to be a 10/10 but I hate that this was not our experience. It has normal wear and tear which was not an issue but the unit was dirty. I have 3 small children so I had to spend 1/2 day cleaning and disinfecting just to feel comfortable staying in our room. The bedding was terrible, I would not say this room comfortably accommodates more than 2 people unless upgrades are made. The bedding that is provided for the pull out mattress and master bed is not suitable for use.

Perfect stay in Sandestin

This corner unit has a lovely private courtyard and is steps away from the Grand Sandestin resort style pool. It is also a very short walk to the Village of Baytowne Wharf. My kids loved playing at the pool and enjoying all of the fun activities in the Village. The unit was clean, attractive, and well-furnished, exactly as described. Thank you for a great stay!

Most everything advertized about the property was true. It did have a private courtyard! Mins. to pool,dining,shopping & nightlife. However the unit was not very clean, the floors were covered in sand, the shower curtain was dirty, the living room curtains and bedroom curtains were partially hanging. Over all it was ok.

Area is fantastic (beach and village wharf). Likes how there were multiple rooms as opposed to one large area with 2 beds like some of the other VRBOs in this complex. The condo itself was really nice but it needed some TLC. Floors were really dirty and bathroom railings would fall off since they were installed well.

The condo is a perfect size for a small family. I loved how cute it was decorated and how it was fully stocked with the private washer and dryer. You absolutely cannot beat the location to the pool and restaurants, it really is a lovely place. Dislikes: We couldn’t park in the parking garage due to having a car topper, so it was a hike to unload and get to the condo with luggage for check in. Also, the bedroom desperately needs a new mattress and pillows. It felt like sleeping in a hole and just very thin and squeaky.
