Tucked away in the shade of the Fairways neighborhood lies this tropical getaway. It's perfect for making those wonderful family memories with the ones you love. This 3 bedroom 3 bathroom villa comes equipped with all the comforts of home but with the spirit of that vacation getaway you've been waiting for.
As you enter this home, the first bedroom is to your left with two twin beds and a bathroom attached. The kitchen has plenty of space for all your cooking needs and comes fully equipped with everything you might need during your stay. The living room showcases plenty of seating, as well as a queen size sleeper sofa for extra sleeping arrangements.
Off of the living room, you'll find the Florida room which has the perfect area to enjoy your favorite book. From the Florida room you can access the back patio which has a deck overlooking the lake and golf course! It's sure to be a popular spot for everyone! The second bedroom is also found off of the living room and comes with a queen size bed and a second bathroom. On the second floor of the villa is the master bedroom which features a king size bed and access to the balcony. The master bathroom has a duel vanity sink and walk-in stand up shower.
When you’re not relaxing in the villa, you are close to everything. There is, of course, the beautiful beach, as well as plenty of shopping and dining spots right at your finger tips, nature trails, tennis, world class golf, spa, water activities and entertainment for the kids.
