Exactly like the pictures

I recently stayed at this beach rental and had a wonderful experience. The place was exactly like the pictures—beautiful, modern, clean. Nice balcony with a view, perfect to have a cup of coffee and read a book. It was peaceful and quiet place (beginning of April) perfect for a relaxing gateway. I’d definitely stay here again.

Terrible customer service/broken promises from Rental Management Team

Finally, Saturday evening, the Property Manager came by with the maintenance guy discovered the cable/internet service was working all along but he needed to fix “something” to turn on the service/TV. went out to dinner with the expecting to return after dinner to relax and watch TV. We returned to the condo from dinner around 11PM Saturday evening. The code did not .We sat in our car (out of the cold) and repeatedly called and emailed the property managers for a couple of hours with no response. We also sought help for the security booth who told us to go to the Welcome Center. The folks in the Welcome Center were suppose to have an emergency phone number to the Property Manager. Unfortunately, the folks at the Welcome Center had the same contact information that my wife and I had and were also unable to reach the Property Manager. Around 2AM, we decided to check into a hotel to spend the night. The next morning the Property Manager called to see if we “ever gained access”. We informed them that we were still locked out. The Customer Service person reset the code later that morning, and we were able to access the condo. Later his wife (Renee) called us and advised us that she would figure out a way to “make thingsright” but she never did. Renee said that she would compensate us for all the inconveniences andapologized. Since our departure on 1/27, we have not received an email or any correspondencefrom Breathe Easy Rentals, Inc. Too much to write about. It will not fit

Great Location and Lovely beachfront condo

This is our second year renting this condo. We love it for its location to the beach & pool area. We have family in Sandestin so its super convenient for us to visit them. Nothing beats waking up to the beautiful views while sipping coffee on the balcony. They provide beach toys and games/toys for the kids too! We will definitely be renting again!

Great and convenient location in Beachside 1. The condo was very nice and stocked with all the essentials needed for the week. Beautiful view of the beach/ocean. Private beach access with a property security guard to monitor the beach is worth the stay. Highly recommend.

5 STARS!!

We stayed at Another Day in Paradise for a week and it was amazing! The unit was very clean and well stocked...best stocked rental I've ever been in. They even have kids' toys and books & games for all! They also had kids' plates, cups, and utensils, which was one thing I packed that I didn't need to. Definitely a rental geared towards families and it was perfect for us! The view was great...dunes, beach, and ocean. The unit is located on Sandestin Resort, which offers a TON to do. Baytown Wharf was so fun to visit! The condo building itself was very quiet. For the first 5 days of our stay, we felt like we were the only ones there...had the beach and pool pretty much to ourselves! Beach was extremely clean and quick & easy to access with the boardwalk. There are chairs, a beach umbrella, and beach cart available in the unit, as well as some beach toys assigned to the unit out in the hallway. Pool was perfect for our young kiddos and even felt heated at times, when listing stated only heated Nov-March. Washer and dryer in unit, with laundry baskets available, was great for a weeks' long stay. We did have storms from a nearby hurricane that left the parking lot and hallway outside our condo flooded, but we were still able to get out and enjoy the area. Otherwise, perfect stay and we will very likely book again!!

Amazing location!

The condo has a definite wow factor. Clean, brightly decorated, comfy! It truly is right on the beach, with a direct view of the stunning, pristine ocean from the balcony and master bedroom window. We used the provided beach chairs every day, and the beach was never overly crowded. Communication was smooth, and check in was very easy, any questions we had were answered quickly. We had a fabulous stay and would definitely stay again!

Outstanding Beach Rental

My wife and I, with our two toddler boys, stayed 7 nights in early May 2024. The condo was all updated with great decor. We had to move or put away some stuff to make it more kid friendly. The kitchen was stocked with just about everything. The information provided in advance and overall communication from the Breathe Easy Rentals team was absolutely top notch. The beach was private and completely uncrowded, which was a major concern of ours. The pool was never crowded and perfect for little kids. We spent a few evenings at the nearby Baytown Wharf for dinner and the playground which was very enjoyable & convenient. We would have zero issues going back or recommending this place to family & friends.

The best vacation I’ve ever had

This was the cleanest place we have ever stayed. I’m somewhat of a picky person, (working on that) but I have zero complaints about this condo. There’s always something every vacation, like limited hot water, ice machine doesn’t work, codes don’t work, or the place is just a little dirtier than I would expect. This condo was so clean, everything worked as it should, the kitchen was FULLY stocked; you can cook anything with the amount of kitchen tools and appliances provided. They provided an actual weeks worth of soaps, garbage bags, toilet paper and other common household goods. Communication with the owners was easy. When those parts of the vacation goes smooth, it just makes everything else so much more relaxing and enjoyable. It’s obvious the owners take pride in this condo, and want to make their guest feel like they are home down to the details.

Excellent property!

This was the perfect location for my crew. We enjoyed the closeness of the pool & beach to the condo and of course the pickleball court. Surf Hut & Pazzo’s are close by and 2 of our favorite restaurants. The condo itself it nicely decorated, comfortable beds and great table for playing cards! I’d rent this place again.

Thanksgiving Bliss

My mom and I have made it our new tradition to spend Thanksgiving at the beach. This condo is located in our favorite community, has the best views, and amazing comfy beds! The unit is very well stocked and cleaned, and service was friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend staying here :)

Great spot on Miramar Beach

We had a fantastic stay at this property. It was very clean and exactly as the listing described. The kids enjoyed the heated pool and we enjoyed the beautiful views of Miramar Beach. We have family in the neighborhood so we are very likely to rent this unit each year we visit. It was very easy to check in & check out as the property manager sent convenient texts to see if we needed anything and inquire about our stay. We will certainly be back!

The condo was absolutely amazing! We were able to go straight to the condo (early) without having to stop to check in. We had a small problem with our early check in door code which was resolved literally within seconds. The condo is so cute and has everything you need. It was also very clean Access to the pool and beach was a breeze. We took the tram to Baytowne a couple of times and waited only a few minutes to be picked up each time. We can’t wait to come back. The rental company checked in with us during our stay to ensure everything was great.
