Our unit is well suited for family and friends wanting to enjoy the easy beach life. Reach out to book the adjacent townhome for extra large groups.
Across the 1st floor back porch, there are shared steps to 90 feet of private white sandy beaches. During Spring/Summer, we have the amazing beach crew set up 2 chairs & 1 umbrella each morning for you to use. We have additional chairs and beach toys located under the building in the large bin for our guest's use, please borrow what you want.

This beachfront property is located within walking distance of restaurants, coffee/smoothie shops, and a 5-10 min drive to Destin Commons or Grand Blvd for major shopping. Additional nearby activities include Big Kaunas Water Park, Crab Island, Boat & Jetski Rentals, Deep Sea Fishing, Baytown Wharf, Dolphin Tours, Beach Helicopter tours, and more fun things to do around town!!

Wonderful stay

Great Vacation property

We stayed here for a few nights for our first time on the gulf coast with our family of 4. The location of this property was excellent. We were within 10 minutes of major shopping centers, and walking distance of many food, souvenir shops, etc. The inside of the property was clean with lots of extras that we appreciated. We had a slight issue with our parking spot being taken, but this was no fault of the property owner. Communication with the owner was excellent, and was always responded back to immediately. Our family had an amazing vacation, and will definitely consider staying in this property again.

This place has a great location and was clean and easy to check into. The view was awesome and we loved sitting on the balconies listening to the waves! The only comment I would have is that we were a group of 8 adults and I wish that the description of the two bedrooms and the bathroom on the ground level had been more detailed because it would have made a difference to our decision. The two bedrooms are connected with the bathroom IN one of them. So not a hall bath. You have to walk through the bunk room to get to the beach side bedroom and bathroom so you enter someone else's room. This was weird at night or when people are changing or needing privacy in their room. Those in the bedroom on the beach side ended up going outside and around to the front entrance in the mornings or when people were in the bunk room so we didn't disturb them. It would be fine for a family with the parents in the en suite room and their kids in the attached bunk, but it was weird for a group of adults. You also had to walk through these rooms to get to the stairs down to the beach so again, we were all going around the building to get to/from the beach most of the time. Other than that it was a nice place.
