This stunning 5th floor one bedroom Majestic Sun 508A vacation rental condo in Miramar Beach, FL at Seascape Resort is perfect for a romantic getaway or a family trip to the beach! Located on the fifth floor, this condo offers a private balcony with full views of the Gulf of Mexico. This condo also comes with two beach chairs and an umbrella, so when you are ready to hit the beach just grab ‘em and go! The Gulf of Mexico is right across the street, and there's a boardwalk for your convenience! Our office is onsite, on the ground floor of the B building in Majestic Sun should you need anything.


As you enter this condo, you are greeted with a full kitchen with a breakfast bar, a dining area, and a beautifully decorated living room with a floor to ceiling sliding glass door that leads to the private balcony. The master bedroom features a king size bed and an adjoined master bathroom. In the hall, you will find bunkbeds, and the living room contains a sofa sleeper. This unit conveniently offers a washer and dryer in the unit. With room for six guests, this vacation rental condo is ideal for a beach vacation!


At Majestic Sun you can spend your days indulging in several amenities, including an indoor pool (heated in winter), outdoor pool, two hot tubs, Gulf facing fitness center, & more. With easy beach access, you can simply stroll across the street to the beach & lounge on the sugar white sands or try some fresh seafood at The Whale's Tail Beach Bar & Grill, a local favorite. Majestic Sun is part of the Seascape Beach Resort & is centrally located within minutes of a beautiful 18-hole golf course, Seascape Towne Centre, Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Grand Boulevard, Parasailing, Waverunner Rentals, Kayak rentals, & more!


We also offer golf cart rentals at a discounted rate to our guests and must be reserved for the entire length of your stay during the peak season (Spring Break/Summer) and the off season must be rented for a 3 night minimum.


*Parking Passes - One pass for 1-2 bedroom units, two passes for 3 bedrooms. Additional passes available for a fee.

NO SMOKING – Majestic Sun is a smoke free environment with smoking, vaping, and chewing tobacco prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pools, spa and pool decks. We will not be back. Condo was dirty and black mold was on the ceiling and on the shower curtain of the master bathroom. I developed respiratory issues while on vacation and we left on Sunday morning due to this.

Great value for the money

Absolutely great location and value for the money! While the condo is slightly outdated it was clean and had everything we needed. The view was beautiful, master bed comfortable and lots of clean linens and towels for our use! My only suggestion is having more trash bags, and washer pods since washing wet clothes is something that needed to be done often with 3 kids. We will stay again! Thank you!

This was a super easy process to rent this condo. Our room was ready an hour before check in, the entry code was texted to me. The room was spotless and was equipped with the basics to get us started. It's definitely close quarters in the elevators which are usually busy. Hand sanitizer stations by the elevators would be my one suggestion.. The pool was very clean the first half of our stay, but the last two days it was cloudy and had lots of dead insects floating around. Very accessible to the beach with several rinsing stations to wash away the sand.

The location was great and the room was located at a perfect sweet spot in the condominium.

Check in was a breeze and the location of the condominium was excellent. The condo was great, a lot of storage I’m bathrooms. The umbrella in the room was wonderful to use on the beach. I love that there was a public beach area so we didn’t have to rent the chairs to sit right up on the beach. Overall this was an excellent place too stay and we’ll be back!

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The only recommendation would be to update to provide chargers for technology and mobile devices. Possibly purchase lamps with USB chargers.
