La Terraza 948A is an upscale townhome in Miramar Beach less than a 2-minute walk from the beach. Located on Scenic Gulf Drive, this vacation rental is in the perfect location near to the beach, dining, shopping, and the central hub of the Destin/Miramar Beach area. There is no shortage of things to do while on vacation here!  
In addition to being across the street to the beach, La Terrazza also offers a community pool. This 4 bedroom townhome accommodates up to 12 guests in spacious bedrooms and large living spaces. The first floor boasts a living room, a kitchen, a dining area, a king bedroom, and a full bathroom. Beachy décor and bright white walls enhance the openness of the first floor. The living room is a great place to gather together and enjoy a show or movie on the flat-screen television that also has a Blu-ray player. Spread out on the  two sofas or the leather recliner, or sofa chair. Just off of the living room is the kitchen, which is complete with granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and cabinets fully stocked with plates and kitchenware. The large kitchen island provides additional counter space and a bar with seating for four. A dining area hosts a formal dining table for eight. You can also enjoy a private patio with a grill and seating for four. The first-floor bedroom is perfect for anyone wanting to avoid stairs, such as couples with infants and elderly guests. 
The second floor hosts the remaining three bedrooms and a laundry closet with a full size side by side washer and dryer. The master suite resides at the end of the hall, providing privacy, an en-suite bathroom, and a king bed. There is also a flat-screen TV and a Blu-ray player available in this room. The other two bedrooms on the second floor include a guest room with a queen and full beds and a bunk room with a pair of twin-over-twin bunks ideal for children. Both bedrooms have their own en-suite bathroom and a flat-screen television while the bunk room offers an additional Blu-Ray player. There are two parking spaces. Golf carts are not allowed.

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef, Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet from the Miramar Regional Public Beach Access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the four snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or another flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!
