Dirty, broken, and dated.

The location was terrific, with easy access to the beach and shopping. The pool and hot tub were both clean and nice. We had a good time and made the best of it, but this condo was really filthy. The shower in the master bathroom was covered in long hair, A LOT OF HAIR all over the walls and everywhere. Our bedding did not appear to be cleaned. There was melted chocolate on the mattress cover and the pillow cases smell like someone’s head
 All the floors had to be swept. We left it cleaner when we left than it was when we arrived. My father-in-law was kind enough to fix several broken items for whoever owns it. He never leaves home without his tools. Toilet seat was broken, Formica was chipping off the counter tops, kept snagging on clothing as we walked by, ceiling fan had to be tightened due to the rattling and wobbling, sliding door had to be oiled for it to open without getting a hernia. AC was barely blowing in one of the bedrooms, had to leave it open with a fan in the doorway for cool air to circulate properly. For the price, it wasn’t worth it to us to ever stay there again. It was dated and dirty, not exactly what we expected for the price we paid. I give it a 3 out of 5 tops. The beach and pool saved the day for this particular condo.

Unclean and poorly maintained.

This condo was filthy. One commode would not flush. One bed had a broken center support. The balcony door was almost impossible to open. Entire complex needs to be cleaned and repaired. Elevators were dirty with broken items.

Enjoyable Experience

Overall great location and property. Property had some visible wear and tear from frequent use and bathtubs could have used a deep clean but we enjoyed our stay and would consider returning for future family vacations. Conveniently close to beach and pool, quiet location and close to nearby shops and restaurants.
