The primary suite features a king bed, flat-screen TV, large closet, patio access, and a newly remodeled en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and spacious vanity. The first guest bedroom includes a queen bed, flat-screen TV, desk area, generous storage, and access to a beautifully renovated connected bathroom. The second guest room is ideal for families, offering a double bed plus bunk beds, additional storage, and a flat-screen TV. Linkside is located in the beautiful gated community of Sandestin® Golf and Beach Resort. It is located on the Bay side near the Linkside Conference Center, Fitness Center, and Village of Baytowne Wharf/Baytowne Conference Center. Pool and beach access are included.

Must be 25 years of age or older to rent. *All guest must abide by all home and HOA rules*
A valid driver's license will be required for all person(s) over the age of 18 staying the the rental home. No Smoking. Violators will be charged a fine of $500. All information provided is deemed to be correct but is subject to change. Guests must sign a rental agreement that will be emailed to them and provide a copy of each guests drivers license per stay. If unit has a golf cart, they will also need to send a copy of their insurance card in order to operate the golf cart. Three days before arrival, a $500 golf cart deposit will be held. Any damage to the cart will be taken out of the deposit. If no damage, it will be released 5 days after departure.
