Welcome to Pelican's Perch, a 2 bedroom NEWLY RENOVATED in February 2023! Gulf Front corner unit, giving you fabulous unobstructed views!! Located inside the tranquil TOPS’L Beach and Racquet Resort in Miramar Beach, and only minutes from beautiful Scenic 30A! This private, gated community, lets you experience the serenity of being secluded from the more populated areas of this beach destination, while still being conveniently located to nearby shopping, dining, and gulf-front attractions. Situated on 52 private acres, this full-service resort is bordered by the beautiful beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and a gorgeous nature preserve. Our Ideal Spring Break

This condo is amazing. The floor to ceiling windows, separate spaces to spread out a couple of kids, and location to amenities will have us coming back. We love the TOPS’L area. The beach access cannot be beat. The home is updated, immaculate and feels like a true getaway. The sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, and pool are an added perk. Parking accessible, the grounds are beautiful and well kept, and perfectly far away from Destin’s chaos but close enough to dabble in that scene.

Unbelievable Ocean Views

Floor to ceiling windows in both primary bedrooms, in the main living area, and not one but two balconies, equal the most unbelievable ocean views. The unit is well appointed and the grounds are just as beautifully kept. You won’t be disappointed, and yes we will be back to Pelican’s Perch.

Great location and fantastic views

Spent a week with the family and loved it. Lots of time on the beach, and on the balcony taking in the great view. Apartment itself is very nice, and the updates make it stand out. Sandestin is perfect balance - lots to do near by but much less crowded than Destin and Seaside. Already talking about coming back next year.

3rd time staying in this condo and we love it!

Third time staying in Pelican's Perch since September 2022. Love Tops'l and this super clean condo with nice renovations in 2023. Great view and access to beach and pool. Close to Destin or 30A. Good communication and info from Management team make check-in / check-out easy. Can't wait to go back and book again, hopefully this Fall.

Property was in the midst of a refresh, but overall we were very very satisfied with the condo! The ‘best pool’ was off limits, but kids preferred the beach to hunt for crabs, ride waves and play volleyball anyway

Clean, comfortable, and relaxing.. Condo was decorated very nice. Cooked in and ate dinner several times at poolside bar. The balcony had nice seating and was perfect for coffee and sunset cocktails. Walls and glass well insulated so didn’t hear pool/beach activity. Beach services were A++!

Amazing view and location

This property is fantastic. Only issue was the toilet paper holder in the master bedroom wasn't on the wall and there was a minor issue with the toilet in the second bedroom... would barely flush.. we used the master the whole time. Great views, very roomy. Would stay here again in a heartbeat .

Luxurious Panhandle Escape

This condo is a true standout among the stunning beaches of the Florida Panhandle. From its captivating decor to the breathtaking views and prime beachfront location, it exceeded all expectations. Tucked away from the crowds yet conveniently close to amenities, it offered the perfect blend of tranquility and accessibility. While the beds could be more comfortable and the cookware upgraded, these minor details didn't overshadow the overall exceptional experience. This is one the hidden jewels of 30a. The corner unit overlooking the pools, beach and an unobstructed view of every sunset is all you can ask for. After reading previous reviews, I was curious about the walk from the parking deck elevator to the far end of the property. It was an absolute NON-ISSUE. I have to talk with assistance and I had no issues. The amenities once inside is exactly as it’s depicted in the photos. While the parking deck is low, I saw a 3500 dally parked inside and many full sized SUV’s. Previous people mentioned these as issues, I found them as just part of working within the limits of the land given. I’d stay here every time we go if it’s available. Truly a gem.
