Your luxury villa is just a two-minute golf cart ride from the beach with the COMPLIMENTARY six-person street legal golf cart ($180 a day value). Located right next to Miramar Beach's largest beach access. Parking is available in the large parking lot next to the Pompano Joe's beach access. It has an ADA service ramp along with restrooms and showers. If you prefer to walk, it is an easy 7-minute walk. Enjoy the emerald waters, sugar sand beaches, beautiful sunsets, happy hour drinks, beach umbrella and chair rentals, jet ski rentals, parasailing, kayaking, bonfires, banana boat rides and more!

Your luxury villa is located in a private community called the "Retreat at Miramar". Guests staying in the property have full access to the 90-foot long heated private Retreat pool and spacious lounge, dining, and grilling pavilion. It's a perfect space for cookouts, with 7 Green Egg charcoal grills (charcoal provided) and for cooling off in the pool. Watch sports, movies, and more on the 5 big-screen TVs while you lounge in the comfortable couches under the covered area. Guests are also welcome to fish in the community catch and release pond behind the pavilion. Nestled in the heart of Miramar Beach, Sand In My Boots is conveniently located near Sandestin, Santa Rosa Beach, Destin, and 30A and a short drive from dozens of great restaurants and shops.

Our stay was absolutely excellent! The host and team at Coastal Retreats were friendly, incredibly communicative, and super helpful from booking to check-out. The property was clean and well-stocked with everything our family could have needed. Golf cart was a great bonus for easy transportation to the beach and up and down Scenic Highway. Location for the property was perfectly close to restaurants and entertainment, as well. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again in the future!

We loved our stay in this property! This was an annual siblings trip with 3 of my brothers and their spouses and 2 nephews. There was plenty of room for everyone and the nephews loved the game room. The golf cart was a great addition and made the trip to the beach much easier. The pool was small but we never felt crowded. We used the grills to grill burgers and hot dogs for lunch and enjoyed the outdoor space.

This is a lovely spacious home.

Big kitchen, kids enjoyed the game room. TV’s in every room. Close to the pool. Golf cart was great for getting to beach. I have been to lots of beaches but this is the most beautiful with white sand and very clear water. Would come back again.

Family gathering

The property was as nice as the pictures showed. The large kitchen island was a perfect place to gather and do puzzles, crafts and meals. The golf cart was a great asset. There was room for everyone to have their own space as well. Our group ranged from ages 4 to 70 and everyone had a great time. I appreciated the staff being available for questions. Perfect place and would definitely visit again.

This house was amazing! We enjoyed our stay. We are already planning another trip & we will be using the same person! He was great and very accommodating. Quick responses & always helped when needed. Our only issue was that we were not able to use the pool during our whole stay but Alex is suppose to make up for that. Overall, great experience and we are looking forward to going back.

The retreat at Miramar is beautiful!

The house was beautiful and clean. There were 11 of us and we had plenty of room. The hosts were great. This is not a complaint just info the help the next guests, the 3 bunk beds in the game room do not have rails so we could not use the 2 top ones for safety reasons. That made us have to use the sofa bed in the game room which was not even listed on the original listing, thank goodness it was there. Host: you may want to add sheets and blankets for this.the beach is super close. We enjoyed the green eggs poolside. I would highly recommend Sand in my Boots

Beautiful home, amazing location

We had a blast at Sand In My Boots. The house was perfect for our group of 11. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed with a HUGE island. Another great perk to the house was the second refrigerator in the garage. It was a bit of a walk to the beach, but not bad. We just made multiple trips with the golf cart (which was so nice to have included with the house). Pompano Joe’s is literally right at the end of the street and we set up every morning right in front of it on the beach. Alex was so great to work with. We didn’t have any issues, but I feel like he would be super helpful if needed. Overall amazing stay and we would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to anyone.
