Welcome to Sea's the Day! This beautiful two bedroom condo with a bonus bunk room is located on the 13th floor and provides spectacular views from the South balcony. The décor is peaceful, fresh and uncluttered for a totally relaxing vacation. The balcony overlooks a most amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico, 3 three sparkling blue swimming pools below and the boardwalk access to the beach. Created with you in mind, this luxury two bedroom with the bonus bunk room condominium located in Ariel Dunes II is available for you now. You, along with your family and guests will be amazed at the level of comfort in this beautifully decorated condo. Come and experience the Ariel Dunes ll difference!

Entertain special friends and family members in the sleekly appointed family room with a Large flat-screen LCD television . There is a comfortable sofa that offers relaxation after a fun day in the sun. With two additional swivel chairs there is plenty of room to relax after a hard day of play.

You will welcome the relaxation and comfort that our condo provides along with spectacular views from the South balcony. With breathtaking views of the Gulf and the Bay our condo is also just a short walk to the beach. Our condo has an open floor plan with two bedrooms and a bonus bunkroom. The master bedroom has a king size bed with access to the balcony and views of the gulf. The second bedroom has a queen bed w/ attached bath. The bonus bunkroom has a set of bunkbeds and a view of the golf course and bay.
This calming and open floor plan also features a beautiful kitchen with granite countertops and G.E. Profile appliances. You will feel right at home with plenty of room to relax and enjoy the beautiful views from every window. You will also have access to 11,000 sq ft of pools, a18 hole championship golf course, 8 tennis courts and access to 2,000 sq. ft. of snow-white sandy beaches.

Ariel Dunes II will have a pool heated as follows:

October 1-31

November 18-27

December 18 - January 1, 2024

Beginning March 15th, the pool will be heated until it can sustain 82 degrees
The Boardwalk Pool will be heated and available for owners and guests.

What to do besides enjoy our wonderful beach...: Should you wish to explore what the local area has to offer, you'll find an abundance of choices. Sidewalks line scenic 98 for walking, running or bike riding. We are a short 2-mile drive to the Silver Sands mall to the West, or luxury shopping at Destin Commons to the East. Kenny D's, The Crab Trap, and Pompano Joe's are all within walking distance. We encourage you to leave menus of your favorite restaurants when you come. For evening entertainment, Destin is known for some wonderfully upscale eateries, as well as your regular fare. Friendly night life and nearby state of the art movie theater Baytowne Wharf at Sandestin Golf & Beach Resorts offers wonderful dining and specialty stores as well as great festivals & events that are held at the Market Shops Green or the Center Plaza within the Village. Grande Boulevard offers stores such as Billabong, Brooks Brothers Country Club, Coldwater Creek, J. Crew-at-the-beach, Sunglass Hut, & Tommy Bahama's Emporium as well as great dining

Shop till you drop!: The Silver Sands Outlet Mall is a vacation in it’s own right for shoppers you will have access to over 100 stores, including, Polo, Ralph Lauren, Banana Republic, Brooks Brothers, Eddie Bauer, Liz Claiborne, Tommy Hilfiger, Lenox, Nike and Reebok - just to name a few. When you need to pause for nourishment choose from Panera Bread, Cheeseburger in Paradise or Carrabba's Italian Grill.

Great Beach Home with a View!

The condo is beautifully decorated and the view from the covered balcony was a favorite! Quality furniture on the balcony made it nice to sit and enjoy meals and sunsets all the more! I cooked our dinners and the kitchen was stocked with all the basic necessities to do so. The proximity to the beach was perfect, and we would gladly stay here in the future.

Great communication

The condo is as pictured and a good location. It had all the items we needed, including a few beach chairs. I had a few glitches, but Kathy is easy to contact and timely in her response. The cleaning crew overlooked this condo on the day I checked in. Kathy was able to get a crew out to fix the issue and it was very clean once I was able to check in. My code stopped working before checkout, but Kathy texted me a new one immediately. While I know everyone prefers no glitches on vacation, mistakes happen. I was very impressed with Kathy’s quick response and resolution when an issue would arise.

Beautiful view

Beautiful view. Loved the size of the condo. Loved that there were beach chairs, a few beach toys and umbrella to use. We drove so we liked that the parking was secure. We were missing the parking pass, but that was taken care of. The place was also dusty but not that big of a deal.

Perfect getaway!

We love this location because it is so close to the beach and the condo perfect for our family. This is our second time renting a property managed by Kathy and she is wonderful, very attentive and quick to respond if we had any issues. We can’t wait to come back!

It was a wonderful week. Location was great! I loved sitting on the balcony every morning hearing the ocean and watching the waves. We had eight people (all ages) and we fit perfectly! Kathleen was very responsive and helpful! Would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was fantastic. There was plenty of space for the 6 of us. We loved the views from our balcony. Seeing the beach and breathing in that fresh beach air. The walk to the beach was a quick one. And there are two locations to rinse the sand off our feet. The pools were large and clean. The kids loved to swim! The beds were comfortable to sleep. The place was nicely updated. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and do recommend this condo!

Beautiful Views & Well-Stocked Kitchen

My kids (ages 11-19) and I enjoyed our time at Seas the Day! The views are lovely, especially sunset. It was a comfortable, scenic 10-min walk to the beach, or you can drive through the resort to the private parking lot right across the street from the beach. The kitchen has lots of great cooking accessories. Everything was clean. The extra beach accessories and toys on the balcony were a nice surprise because we forgot our beach umbrella. Great, personable communication with Kathy, our property manager. The couch and chairs in the living room are a little worn but very comfortable. The pools are fun, and we scoped out the tennis courts and basketball courts for next time. There's a delightful 2 Birds Coffee & Cafe with healthy but delicious breakfast and lunch options and an ice cream shop at the back entrance to the resort (within walking distance). I recommend!

Great condo for family!

Loved our stay at the condo. Not our first time at Seascape or Ariel Dunes. Highly recommend this property. Kitchen has everything we needed, beach gear (chairs, umbrellas, bodyboards), great outdoor seating and dining space. No SMART Tvs, so bring your own Roku!

Very nice accommodations

The unit was nice and very clean upon arrival. The views were great. Location is good with ability to walk to the beach and lots of nearby dining and shopping. The pool and common areas were a little disappointing, but we came for the beach and that did not disappoint!
