Luxury Destin Vacation Rental with Resort-Style Private Pool. Aegean’s outdoor oasis is one of the standout features of this Miramar Beach rental. Enjoy a 17’ x 30’ private swimming pool with LED lighting, soothing water features, and an overflow spa. The shallow sun-shelf is perfect for young children, while the surrounding deck offers ample loungers for soaking up the Florida sunshine.

The neighborhood of Frangista Beach consists of mostly large homes where families come to vacation. It spans the equivalent of approximately 4 blocks. The neighborhood has a 400 yard private beach which you must have a code to access. This home is within walking distance of a coffee shop, deli, Dairy Queen, a beach gear shop and local favorite beach front seafood restaurants, Pompano Joe's and Whales Tale. Frangista Beach is also home to Emerald Coast Wine Cellars where you can sample and purchase wines made exclusively in Florida. A large Winn-Dixie grocery store is 1.5 miles to the east and beside it you will find the largest designer outlet mall in the Southeast, Silver Sands Premium Outlet.

VayKGear (Beach Equipment): You will receive up to $245 credit (based on length of stay) toward complimentary beach gear when you book this Beach Reunion home! Browse and select available gear to include paddleboards, kayaks, bikes, umbrellas and beach lounge chairs. All gear will be delivered upon arrival and picked up upon departure. Maximize your vacation time by setting up your rental equipment needs before you even leave the house!

Pool Heat - From October 1st - May 1st, the private pool/spa can be heated for an additional $100/day or $700/week.  (Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay. Must purchase pool heat for spa to be heated. The spa does not operate like a stand alone hot tub. The spa will only reach the same temperature as the pool, 86 Degrees Max. Outside of the dates spa cannot be heated.)

Margarita Machines - Beach Reunion is proud to partner with Firefighter Margaritas, and offer the rental (for an additional cost during your stay) of a commercial frozen drink machine (margarita machine) which produces beverages usually only found in restaurants and bars. These popular machines allow you to enjoy your favorite frozen drinks and/or virgin slushies pool side or while lounging on the beach.

Amenities: Each home will include a starter supply of the following amenities: Bathrooms: Message Body Bar, Body Lotion, Shampoo, Conditioner, and Hand/Body Bar. Kitchen: Dish Sponge, Dishwasher Tablets, Liquid Dish Soap, and Laundry Tablets. *Once this supply is used, you are responsible for providing your own items.*

* RENTAL DATES: This home only rents Saturday to Saturday During Spring Break and Summer Season Beginning the end of May. * This homes Summer Saturday to Saturday will start in 2024!*

* AGE RESTRICTIONS: College/Student groups are NOT allowed. All renters must be 25 and older, with the exception of children in families.

* PET POLICY: $250/Pet, Under 25 Lbs, with a 2 pet Maximum *Please note that pets are not permitted on any of the beaches within the area. Medical services dogs only*

* PARKING: Space for 6 Vehicles. No Street/Grass Parking per HOA.

* HOA REGULATION: Tents or Canopies are NOT allowed on the Private Beach.

* WEDDINGS/EVENTS: Weddings on Private Beach Not Permitted per HOA; Small Events at Property are Permitted (Event Fee Applies)
