This family friendly two story condo is owner updated. Guests enjoy the comforts of home with comfortable furniture n fully stocked kitchen.Main floor you will find master bedroom with king size bed.Second floor is a loft with king size bed and separate room with a queen size also a twin size bed,this room is ideal for children.During your stay we provide complimentary beach service each day during peak season (March through October)
BEACH RAMP IS OPEN!!!!SO NICE!!
4405 is located on 4th floor with Beautiful Gulf view from living area or while relaxing on private balcony before walking down to the privately owned Beach, gated shore access as you enjoy beach service with one umbrella and two chairs.

MARAVILLA boasts two community pools, a fitness center, tennis courts, hot tub, and club house. Have expanded complimentary equipment from cornhole bags to shuffle board sticks/pucks, tennis rackets/balls, pickle ball gear, and basketballs. Booked this property last minute and it was perfect for our visit. We had a party of 4, us and our 15 year old granddaughter and she brought a friend. Easy walk to the beach, condo as described and well maintained and lots of yummy places to eat nearby. Loved the private beach with chairs and umbrella provided. Walked every morning along the beach. Water and sand was excellent!

Very nice unit, great host

Very nice unit, renovated throughout and very tastefully decorated and furnished with all new stuff. The exterior of the entire Maravilla complex has been recently updated, as well. Everything looks new and clean, both inside this unit and around the property exterior. Great location, too.Bridgette is so friendly and responds to messages very promptly. We couldn’t have asked for a nicer place or a better host!

Great week!

We had the best week! Place was very clean and nice. Comfortable beds and plenty of room. Kitchen had everything we needed! Only down side to our stay was the construction we weren't aware of. We couldn’t use the balcony and it was very noisy. But other than that we loved having beach chairs and an umbrella everyday! Thank you for a great week!

Great location, but not 3 bedrooms

This is a great location near the beach. It was clean, with nice pools and other amenities. It is listed as 3 bedrooms but the 2nd "bedroom" is an open loft area with a bed, which you have to walk through to get to the 3rd bedroom. Very misleading because I thought, from the description, each adult couple would have their own room.

Beautiful clean condo

This condo is amazing and we will be returning. It was very clean had a beautiful view in a very great area my son is 11 he was outside at the pool, basketball hoop, or tennis court the majority of our stay and no one every caused problems for him. When the washed stopped working they had someone there to fix the issue within 2 hrs. Very polite informitive and understanding. Even allowed is to check in early the owners of this condo are amazing and very kind.
