A full guest list is required at the time of booking and the primary renter must be present at check-in and during the remainder of the reservation - this will be checked upon arrival and throughout the stay.
*A form of damage protection is required with all reservations: You may opt for the accidental damage protection that is already included in the quote or the $2,000 refundable security deposit. Only one is required. See the rental agreement for full details.
*To help provide homeowners and guests with security and peace of mind, security and doorbell cameras are located on the exterior of this home. These are solely for monitoring the exterior of the property and are not present inside the home. ​​

Beautiful house, great location

The house was beautiful and perfect for our needs for a family of 11. Everyone had their own space, my 79 year old grandma was able to stay on the first floor and get to the beach easily. The diamond gulf team was super helpful with anything that came up or questions we had during the stay and leading up to. Loved being able to give a call or shoot a text and get immediate responses. Would love to return!
